That is true @Bill987M. There are many factors, and i'm sure they vary by individual too. Chastity seems to amplify arousal, and the leaking can be more frequent and intense if kept excited or teased. My Wife also began having me wear a panty liner in my panties for protection. Doing so also added to my training and feelings of feminization and submission. Another of Her tricks is to put a condom over my chastity cage so it also collects my leakage. I think it definitely depends on how much attention your caged member is getting from your KH. With daily teasing and denial I am pretty much leaking all the time. But to answer your original question, it takes maybe three or four days after 100% orgasm control to start leaking, IMO. What is interesting is what happens after a month or so… you get actual cum leaking out!. That happened to me after about fifty days on no full release.
