A wire comes tightly between the cheeks. Doing n°2 is not a problem, just to pull aside a little bit the wire.

The belt itself is very simple. The wire is fixed to the belt at the rear. The tube, here, is coated and has holes to permit better hygiene and then longer locked-up periods without opening.
The entire belt is locked by a unique padlock in the front.
As it is locked, it is absloutely impossible to open it. The padlock is integrated to heavy steel.
The entire belt is lined, which makes it more comfortable.
The connection of the cable on the end of the tube is, as the other, serious. The rear cable is 10 mm thick, heavy steel inside.
The tube is fixed to the shield at two points, with the padlocked and at the bottom.
The tube is minimalistic and forbids to touch the penis.
