I change mine every couple of weeks for a clean one. I have several cherry keepers and find that they get quite dirty. So much easier and ensures that I'm kept locked at all times.
 
I liked the CherryKeeper small, but I had to try the stub. Liked that so much I tried the micro(pic attached). I love the look, it's like I don't have a dick. But the skin of my penis would wrap around the front of the cage, so I had to peel the skin back to pee. A few days or a week and I was sore. So I decided the stub was the best for long term wear.

I'm still in it, 88 days without an unlock. I expected more issues with cleaning, but I use a soft bristle tooth brush and spend a few minutes in the shower scrubbing with good soap each night. It's tedious, but neither she nor I have noticed any odors or issues. I didn't expect to be able to stay locked this long.

I still can't wrap my head around 88 days since I last touched my cock, but my wife is happy and has no plans to unlock me. We've even talked of going a full year, but I doubt she'll make me do that, but you never know. Part of me wants to continue just to see how far I can go. I do have a Dr's appointment in late September. She never does a full exam, so I don't know if I'll unlock for that or not yet.

Just bought a small with the large headlock and double -12 degree base ring and have found this combination extremely comfortable and devilishly hard to back out of (and twice as hard to get back in). Interested to see how long term goes with it. Currently about 2 weeks of 24/7.
