Security Screws

We want to have a page to show the screws but we do not want the keys and screws available for purchase. There are some out there that would purchase the keys and not tell their keyholders. Not sure why they would do that but it's our little preventative measure.

To be totally secure the security screws need to be able to be unique so an not to be able to be circumvented by someone buying another. BAWR have this option. Do MatureMetal?
Not 100% sure, they would have to answer. I can tell you, that you won't be able to just pop into a local hardware store and get a replacement key.
So unless your buddy down the road will lend you their key, you will actually have to call them to get a spare....
Or well, your KH will have to call them.

Hi, we do have keys and screws in stock and they are unique. Please see answers above. If you are in chastity you are not allowed to order the keys on your own. We need to speak to your Keyholder. That page has been removed from the website.

I recall reading a section on the Lori website that discussed not selling extra keys and I think it’s an awesome move for Mature metal. I can guarantee that no tool in the hardware store will fit into the security screw slot. The only way you can remove the screw without the key would cause significant damage making the screw unusable for future use. And if you were to have the screw head recessed, you would really struggle to get free without the key.
looking at the photo that is there, looks like if someone was REALLY determined a sacrificlal security bitdriver set with some grinding could work and be less suspicious. this would need to be a pretty mechanally skiled person to do without it being noticed, but it could be done.
Ultimately, a device is only secure as the wearer wants it to be. The screws really reduce the bulk of a lock, and make removal of the device a much more intentional act, instead of a heat of the moment decision (it takes more effort to remove than just unlocking)
i would think the simplest security solution would be a hollow screw and allowing a pass through in the cages design, not so much from a removal pov, it could be a torx bolt for all we care for this issue, but pass a seal through that hollow cavity and the partner could easily tell you opened it even if you had the tool readily.
You should get a tap and die set and try that out on your custom hand made cage....
Good to hear this. I had heard somewhere else that all security screws were the same. I am glad you have set this straight and that that was wrong and that they are all different and unique.
was thinking something like this and would likely be pretty simple to implement in a chastity belt design and a very strong bolt too oddly, their used to attach bike crank rings to the crankshaft of bikes. How do you secure them against tampering? put a wire truck seal through that handy center hole and guess what, no tool is undoing them without removing the actual seal 1st. theirs another funny bit,, they are also commonly made of titanium too for lowering the weight of a bike. stick a 1/8 inch wire seal through the center and i'm pretty sure that your pants will stay secure too and its commodity items doing so.

Not a kh, unless people believe you hold keys to a threat to society. 99.9% chance you're a man. Yet every post is criticizing how successful forums and businesses should be ran. With absolutely zero experience on how to do so.
I remember reading that if you're worried about the security of the screws you could get a second hole in the post when you order your MM cage to put a security tag through, you just have to email them and discuss any customisations. Alternatively you could get the padlock instead of the screw.
It's very cool that MM only allows key holders get get additional keys. Very aligned to their customers. Though really if you're determined to cheat on your Mistress you'll always find a way (very not cool).
