I was wondering if anybody have a idea to use sexual transmutation instead of just being frustrated? One of the reasons I'm in chastity is to keep my mind at work and not to masturbate. What I'm looking for are a way to transmute my excitement to my work. Or maybe a way my goddess can make sure I only get release if I create results at work.

Not sure I fully understand the terminology but the answer for me is yes. I had a huge problem for a while keeping caught up at work. Makes is harder as I am self employed and own my own business. Thus I can "stop" by here when ever I feel like to see how things are going and what I am missing etc.

I asked my wife to set some guidelines to that effect. Never used them yet but I guess you could say it worked because I am no longer behind, well at least that far behind LOL
 
thanks xcitex2, what kind of guidelines? I'm self employed as well but have difficult not wasting time on the wrong stuff on the internet and losing focus. Before my goddess locked me up I did have tendency to masturbate allot by the computer
 
Sounds like we have some similarities. Whatever kink you could have can be found on the internet. This may sound wacky but for me sex is a HUGE stress reliever. Daily would be a dream weekly would be great. So you could say I can relate to the masturbation problem-well could have related till now LOL.

My guide lines would have been industry specific. As a professional photographer I have weddings we shoot almost every weekend and it is real easy to get behind on the editing. So for example if I fell more than 2 weeks behind on editing this would mean I would be in lockup till I was caught up. Orders that were not processed in x amount of days resulted in xx many days of additional lock up. All sounds silly I know but it could easily help you stay focused. So instead of say checking this site every 45 minutes or so :confused0086: I could be working on a clients file and save this till later in the evening. You have o decide what is making you distracted and then have her help enforce things to keep you from doing that. Even being locked up still has it challenges as I dream of things she could be doing to me and my only escape sometimes is to read what others are experiencing. However that is quickly changing as now she has a lot more control and a lot more creativity. Ouch!
 
Great advice xcitex2. We got a lot of similarities. I really need to focus more on my job but use a lot of my time in front of the computer dreaming. The sad thing I get distracted very often. I really need to be doing a lot of creative work and make sure I increase sales in my business etc.

I like the way your guidelines i set up. Maybe I could find a way to make a similar arrangement than maybe could motivate me to work some more to please my goddess to get a relief.

I considering letting my goddess check my computer to make sure I'm surfing the right pages.
 
Actually, that's part of my interest as well.

I noticed that in my longest run of chastity--only a week--I had more energy, I ate better and I lost weight. I wasn't necessarily more productive, since I was still crazy with sexual frustration, but it was intriguing.

Of course, it's no secret that in Hindu and Christian traditions transmuting sexual energy into spiritual energy is a big deal.
 
Interesting phrase - sexual transmutation... A transmutation is the changing of one thing into another - like in alchemy - changing dirt into gold... So a sexual transmutation might be to convert a person's sexual energy from one form into another...

So john is looking for a way to use pent up sexual needs to get more work done instead of viewing porn endlessly. It's easy with a sissy gurl - simply put them in a maid's uniform and hand them a list of chores - their sexual excitement is converted into useful housework. Perhaps john needs something like that - not dressed up like a maid perhaps - but put on edge sexually with no hope of relief until the work is done - all the work. Sounds like john needs strict supervision and corporal punishment for cheating and viewing porn when he is supposed to be working.

You are soooo right about sissy gurls, Miss D! Dollyanne is also interested in re-channeling her sexual energy into more useful activity, including chores. I am curious about the experience of veterans of more extended chastity periods.

Are you able to use that tingly sexual energy constructively -- for housework or otherwise? In time do those feelings became background noise that you stop noticing beyond bouts of T&D or morning erections?
 
I think you are right Miss D - I don't know how to get my Goddess into to that strict mode. Perhaps a contract would help I can't really figure out how to do it.
