Have you wandered around hentai foundry? Again, not captioned images, more like just what’s going on in the artwork, or the story the artist put next to it. Neocorona is one on there. A lot of his stuff is forced orgasms but a lot of it is 24/7 bondage and orgasm denial. He gets pretty niche though: space aliens, female led new world order where men aren’t considered citizens, etc, it just depends what you’re into. I’m sure there’s other stuff on the foundry if you search around.
I remember finding a short story online years ago called “Tease Island”. I bet you could find it with an internet search. The main character was M. Fulbright, spent his time locked in a cage whenever he wasn’t being mercilessly teased and edged by a bevy of beauties on the island. It wasn’t particularly well written because it had been a group writing project (someone in the group had taken an improve class, every time it was their turn to add to the story it started with “yes and”) but it had some good fantasy elements. Someone could clean up the writing a bit and find a bunch of good pics to go with it and make a hell of a slideshow or whatever. Would be a lot of work but it might be cool.
