    Actually, since Clinton spent a couple of years as a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University, he's probably well aware of the UK colloquialism. The US media in coining the phrase probably weren't aware of it.

    well, I stumbled on this thread, but....this is the only way I could see it being hot (my opinion only of course)....

    I think as a punishment it is outstanding and devious...as an alternative, I can't see a toy beating my wife's pussy hands down.
