IMPORTANT_ Having An Issue - Not Sure If This is the right Place for this question....

    Hello all....I am new to chastity and I have been caged for a week now and this is the longest I've ever been in my....longest previously was maybe a full day..

    Anyways...I am having a little issue and was wondering if it is normal. first off I am uncircumcised and my skin is covering my glans in my device. I noticed that it looks like my skin is getting kinda puffy looking almost like it's been in a penis pump....I'm not having an discomfort or pain but I was just wondering if this is something that happens with extended use of my device...I'm wearing a cb6000.

    My key holder is gone for 2 more weeks but if anyone thinks I need to remove the device..I'll figure out a way to get it off.

    i think thats kinda normal after your penis trying to get hard in the device, if it doesnt go away after a few hours when things have calmed down then you might need to take it off. I think its called edema.

    ok thanks. Problem I am having is I am locked in for a couple more weeks. do you think this could cause a serious issue. Do I need to cut my lock off?

    i'm just trying to figure out if this is a serious issue. I mean there is 0% pain and no discomfort just the puffy looking skin.

    none of us are doctors here, so hard telling if its anything serious. You said your uncut, so maybe if the swelling keeps up it could be?? dunno. I would keep an eye on it though, for sure. How long has it been swollen?

    I used to tie my member with cord, like proper japanese cock bondage (which is what gave me the idea of using a chastity device) and would get the same type of swelling. INN is correct in calling it edema. It goes away after a while, within a few hours usually. If it's constant for a few days then I'd monitor it for pain or any fluid discharge, but in the absence of either I wouldnt worry at all.

    FWIW, we do have a doctor here, but it isnt me.

    OK...I don't think it looks inflamed or discolored at all....just puffy.. and like I said there is no pain or discomfort at all....so I'll keep an eye on it.

    ...and it would be nice to hear from the doc as well....

    It is fairly normal. I am locked down 24/7/365. No worries.

    ok....it seems like the device I was using may have been the problem. I was using the CB 6000 and I think it was putting too much pressure on my foreskin and causing some swelling down there....it was super snug and I really had to work to get my dick in it. Anyways...my key holder came home today long enough to switch out my device to a stainless steel cage that seems to be a much better fit and not stressing to my foreskin.......

    I had the same issue with a CB-6000. It went away when I switch to a metal cage made up of rings. The CB series is WAY overrated. Keeping a good hygiene is problematic, concealment is difficult, and it's ridiculously expensive (think about it...100+$ for less than 1 oz of plastic... they sell barbie dolls for less than 20$ and it's a Brand name with way more parts...why does a CB-6000 cost so much?)

    Yes....I'm glad I am finding this out sooner than later.......the stainless steel device has mad a huge difference.
