I think you'll find that many of us wear sanitary pads. Not just for the damp patch itself, but because that damp patch can soon start to smell very bad. I tend not to need a pad for the first week or so. After that, with the balls full I start leaking as a matter of course. That's when I need to put the pads back in to the panties.
I also have pee dribble problems. I now always wear a pad while locked up. Doesn't seem to matter how long I sit there or how much I wipe, there are always little dribbles afterward as I walk around. Its very embarrassing, though Mistress seems to find it amusing. She now adds pads for me to our weekly grocery delivery... the way we go through pads they must think we have a house full of women with at least one menstruating every week
I am always made to wear the thickest night time pad every day to work. It really does help and it also reminds me of my place when I have to pee.
