Once your signature has been placed on this paper, you will adhere to all of the rules, and be in agreement to, all of the punishments for breaking those rules.
Understand that there may come a time these rules and punishments have to be revisited and revised.
No amount of pouting or tantrums will be tolerated. Because I love you so deeply, I feel a real need to guide you in the best ways possible. Your tendency to be guided by your libido has not served you well in this marriage. My first objective is to reign you in so that I have no need of worry when you are not in my presence. You will lovingly wear your chastity cage as a constant reminder of your shame for infidelity and renewed devotion to your family.
No time limits will be set for each infraction, as I will determine the severity of the infraction on a case by case basis and decide the amount of time encased.
1. I will decide how often you wear this. No matter how much you may not want to wear it, you will agree without argument. I will take health issues into accountbut not a little discomfort. Sores or infections are health issues. When I say it is time to put it back on, whether you or I do it, it will be done. NO ARGUMENT!
2. You will begin reading The Love Dare and The Five Love Languages with not only me, but your entire family in mind. When you express attitudes and actions that I feel are destructive, I will give you a warning cough. That will be your signal to stop whatever that is without making you feel belittled in front of our children. (We can discuss, in a calm, loving manner, what I didnt agree with and come to an agreeable solution later on, but not in front of our children.)
3. You will not spend your weekends home lying on the couch and sleeping all day unless I agree because I see that you truly need the rest. Im tired, too. We will work together to clean house and do yard work. You must do a job to my standards.
4. Lying is an infraction. If the lie is in anyway tied to thoughts or actions of infidelity, punishment will be doubly severe.
5. If you belittle, call names, or insult anyone in our family you will gain time for each offense. I am the deciding factor on what is offensive, whether you agree or not. With each day, you will no longer have to guess at what bad behavior is.
6. Openly flirting with or leering at ANY female in my presence (to include my friends) is unacceptable. This behavior when you are away from me is also unacceptable.
7. Clearing your internet or phone history without my permission is unacceptable.
8. Whatever request I make of you, you will humbly agree and put your ego or dislike aside. Any arguing or belligerence will add more time to your confinement.
9. No matter how unsatisfied or neglected you may feel, you will work hard to please me in any way I deem necessary for my own emotional or physical health and wellbeing. You will do what I request with love and humility. (This may include, but is not limited to: massages, baths, foot rubs and pedicures, satisfying me sexually, playing games, taking care of our children, running errands, etc.)

Chastity Agreement between a Keyholder/Mistress and a slave

Introduction​

This chastity contract is designed to be used for a male slave who will be going to a University or higher education facility for three years. It is designed to create extreme distress and discomfort during a time of sexual exploration, a party atmosphere and a period of self-discovery. The slave understands that to have a Keyholder during this tempting time is an honour and a privilege.
Ideally, the slave would have had experience with chastity and the cleaning routines that come with it, as this contract will plunge the slave into the deep end of chastity.

Period of Chastity​

The length of the contract, which date it comes into effect and which date the contract is no longer valid.

Start Date​

1st September 2010 = The slave visits the Keyholder. The CB6000s device is cleaned, fitted, made sure that it isnt pinching or hurting anywhere, and then locked. The lock can be whatever the Keyholder sees fit. The lock can be modified in anyway to make it harder to tamper with. But, the modification mustnt make the unlocking of the device impossible. The front of the device mustnt be obstructed to allow urination and cleaning. The Keyholder may or may not let the slave orgasm before the device is locked.

End Date​

30th June 2013 = This will be the end of the slaves last university term and therefore the official end of university so the slave is to be unlocked. The lock will come off and the device will be given back to the student. The Keyholder may or may not want the slave to orgasm in her presence. She can dismiss him as soon as he is unlocked or talk about the experience with him.

Keyholder Intiated Extension​

1st July 2013 = The Keyholder has the option on the 30th June to extend the chastity period from the end of the university year to the end of a full three years. This would mean that the chastity will be in place till the 31st August 2013. The Keyholder can engage this extension only at the end of the definitive end date of the 30th of June. The slave has no say over the extension.

Agreed Extension​

1st September 2013 = The Keyholder and slave may both agree together that they wish to continue their chastity lifestyle with each other. This period can be from as small as a 1month chastity period, to a permanent chastity period with no release. This can only be enforced if both the Keyholder and the slave agree to this. If not, then chastity must not ensue.

Sexual Releases​

This can involve orgasms, ruined orgasms, anal stimulation, anal or oral sex or use of sex toys on the slave by either the Keyholder of the slave itself.

Orgasms​

The Keyholder is allowed to give the slave 9 orgasms throughout the three years of chastity in university. These dont need to be
spread out evenly through the years. The Keyholder doesnt have to administer the 9 orgasms as this is the maximum number the slave must receive. The slave many not receive any orgasms.

Ruined Orgasms​

Orgasm where the sensation is ruined through techniques that are of the Keyholders choosing may be used. They are allowed in an unlimited amount, it is up to the Keyholder to decide.

Anal Stimulation​

The slave is allow to use buttplugs, dildos and other anal objects to stimulate his anus. This may be for pleasure or for prostate milking. The Keyholder can set guidelines but the slave doesnt need to
adhere to them. The Keyholder may punish the slave for not following her guide lines.

Anal or Oral Sex​

This is entirely prohibited for the slave, unless the Keyholder is present and is administering it or she has given her expressed wish that you may partake in these activities.

Sex Toys​

Sex toys can be used, but only with permission obtained before hand by the Keyholder. She may choose to confiscate all sex toys from the slave before or during the chastity period. She must give them back after the chastity period is over.

Porn​

Permission from the Keyholder is needed to view pornography of any kind. The Keyholder may restrict certain genres of porn and may force the to watch porn as a way of undermining the slave and torturing him.

Punishments​

These fall into three catagories of seriousness from no offence, to mild offences to extreme offences.

No Offence​

This is where the slave has done nothing wrong but the Keyholder fills like she wants to punish the slave for her own amusement. If there is a request for this, the slave must be given 24 hours notice so he can make travel arrangements, etc. The slave cannot stay long term at the Keyholders premises (max of three days). Punishment can range from verbal abuse, up to and including medium corporal punishment.

Mild Offences​

This is where the slave has done something slightly wrong. This could be looking at porn without permission, using sex toys without permission or other slight offences. 24 hours notice has to be given by the Keyholder so the slave can make travel arrangements. The slave maximum stay at the Keyholders premises would increase to 7 days maximum. Punishment can range from bondage and medium corporal punishment and up to but not including body modification.

Extreme Offences​

The second most extreme offence is talking to other Keyholders or Mistresses. This is a sign of disrespect at the ability of the Keyholder and the Keyholder can punish the slave with no notice, so he must immediately go to the Keyholder. The punishment that can be given is anything between verbal up to body modification. The slave must accept any punishment given or face an additional year on his chastity period.

Orgasm without permission is the most serious offence that a slave can commit. Whether or not they own up to it, the Keyholder can impose permanent chastity on the slave. The slave has no say other this and must accept the punishment. If not, the Keyholder may result to using other punishment methods until he accepts. Long term bondage can be used as a punishment also, with no limit on the amount of time that can be spent in it (but need consideration for the slaves university studies). The Keyholder may also dismiss the slave, and can keep the chastity device if she wishes.

Check Ups​

This is to ensure that the slaves cock is in good condition and there are no serious health problems

Webcam Checking​

This has to be done a minimum of twice a month. This Keyholder can ask for more random checks but she must do at least two a month. If not, the contract is void and the slave may leave chastity. The checks can be done at anytime and the slave must show evidence within the hour of being asked.

Real Time Check​

Real time checks should be done at least once every two months, but ideally more. It allows the Keyholder to not only get a detailed look of the condition of the cock but also to tease the slave. These real time checks should be used for cleaning, but the Keyholder doesnt need to clean the cage out if she doesnt want to. The slave should need to touch his cock throughout this period of release for cleaning.

Misc.

Get Out Clause​

The slave can get out of his university chastity at anytime throughout the three years. He will need to tell the Keyholder of his intentions. He will then need to wait 4 days to make sure that he really does want out. If after the 4 day period of comtemplation he still wants out, he is released. But only if he agrees to pay compensation to the Keyholder. He has to give the Keyholder 4% of his earning after tax for 6 years when his is earning more then 26,000 per year. Here, the Keyholder may result to collecting information to use as leverage when trying to get a payment out of him. If the slave wants out of chastity because he has found another Keyholder and a girlfriend, then he will be required to give 12% of his earnings for 6 years when he is earning more then 26,000 per year. This is to compensate for the humiliation of being rejected for another Keyholder. There is no get out clause for permenant chastity.

Finance​

No finance should be involved when the slave is in the contract under his own means and hasnt done anything wrong. Money should be exchanged when he intiates his Get Out Clause

Cooling Off​

He has two months from the 1st September to the 1st of November in which the slave can pull out of the contract with no reprucussions. This cooling off period is designed to make sure the slave is going to gain from the experience and the Keyholder can get pleasure from the experience also. The same cooling off period applies when the slave and Keyholder have agreed to permenant chastity.

Work​

University work comes before chastity and the Keyholders desires. This means that she must realise his work and study is extremely important and needs to be done to the best his ability. This doesnt mean he can neglect the needs of the Keyholder.

1. Definitions:


Throughout this contract, these terms are used with following definitions.



Chastity: Prevention of all kinds of sexual behavior, including sexual intercourse and masturbation.

2. User's obligation:


By signing this contract User indemnifies Keyholder from any damage occurring based on any actions meeting the terms of this contract.


User is under the following obligations:

c. User is prohibited to masturbate or ejaculate without the Keyholder's permission. User shall immediately report to Keyholder any instances of unauthorized ejaculation, be they intentional or unintentional

d. Making efforts to remove the device by User is forbidden.

3. Keyholder's obligation:


Keyholder is under following obligation:



a. The main key will always be under the supervision of Keyholder.

b. Keyholder will make one emergency key available to User for use in medical emergency, doctor appointments, and any other situation in which necessitates the devices removal.

c. Keyholder has the obligation to pay attention to User's health condition and arrange necessary suitable treatment, when any disorders are identified on the user's body.

d. Keyholder will permit at least one removal of device in a seven-day period for cleaning and shaving.

e. Keyholder shall be discreet, never disclosing the fact that she controls User's sex in any manner that would affect family or work obligations.

f. Keyholder shall remove chastity device for medical appointments, supervising if desired.

g. Keyholder shall provide for periodic seminal release for User at the frequency and method of her choosing.


4. Maintenance:



User will receive monthly maintenance sessions, during which time, he shall wear the Pico device instead of the daily device. The Pico device will be put on immediately before the first maintenance session and will be removed after the final maintenance session that day, unless Keyholder elects to have User remove it at her discretion.



5. Pico Device:



Keyholder has the right to require User to wear the Pico device at any time in lieu of the daily device, at her discretion. The maximum amount of time the Pico device will be left on is 48 hours.



6. Duration of the contract:


There is no determination on the duration of this contract. It means that this contract is valid for an indefinite period.


7. Cancellation of the contract:


User never requests the cancellation of the contract except the following cases.



a. The relationship between User and Keyholder ends.

b. Either User or Keyholder is unable to execute ones obligation due to long-term illness or some other reasons.

c. It becomes obvious that wearing the chastity device results in serious health problems for User.




Both User and Keyholder agreed on all the above with free will.

Not satisfying his Wife when directed to do so

Not following the dress code.

Touching his penis.

Ejaculating without permission.

To insure a successful chastity marriage, the Wife may punish the cuckold husband as follows. This is a guide only and does not limit the Wife's choice of punishment which is only limited by the Wife's imagination:

Spanking.

Whipping.

Quid pro Quo otherwise known as Consideration

A couple of the contracts posted here came close to what is missing in all of them. An EXCHANGE between the parties of something of value. In contract law we call it "consideration."

This means that you'll have to show (if these types of contracts were to ever be enforceable, which i doubt) that BOTH parties are getting something of value and giving up something of value. Without that...fuggetaboudit - no contract.

So, i think you should include some language at the beginning such as:

Whereas Mistress desires to have and control (whatever) sissy Husband (hereinafter referred to as " ")(define that in definition section) and is prepared to dedicate sufficient amounts of her time and energy of time to keep, train and use said sissy, and

Whereas Sissy desires to be completely controlled, kept and used by Mistress and is prepared to totally submit himself to the domination of Mistress

Wherefore the parties do hereby agree....etc...

something like that...it's really rough and, hey, i ain't getting paid for this, so....

Note: One-way consideration from Sissy to Mistress does not a contract make.

Note: Promises to do what is already the legal responsibility of the parties (like promise of husband/wife to sexually satisfy the other) are not the proper subject of consideration...consideration must be something that is not already legally required of the parties to the contract.

Here's the Agreement I made with my wife with very specific objectives in mind as described in clause 1. This is our first experiment with chastity and we'll see how it goes. It is not intended that this Agreement should be legally enforceable.



2 Term of the Agreement

This Agreement enters into force upon signature by the parties. The agreement shall run for an initial trial period of four (4) weeks after which it may be renewed for three (3) month periods by mutual agreement.



3 Sexual Conduct

3.1 ROD shall continue to invite sex every night. If POLLY rejects ROD’s advances he shall accept this without any form of negativity. ROD accepts that his advances are purely to enable POLLY to decide if she wants sex. Furthermore POLLY is free to initiate sex at any time.

3.2 Whenever POLLY desires sex, ROD shall use his best endeavours to provide a satisfying and enjoyable experience for POLLY and will provide as many orgasms as she desires at that time. If ROD penetrates her, he shall do so solely for the purpose of providing pleasure and not for the purpose of achieving an orgasm himself. After POLLY has climaxed ROD shall gracefully withdraw.

3.3 If during such penetration ROD is in danger of having an orgasm he shall immediately stop any thrusting and inform POLLY of his failure. POLLY shall decide how ROD is to proceed on that occasion and ROD shall be obligated to obtain without delay the means for avoiding a recurrence of the problem (be it desensitizing creams and/or condoms) on future such occasions.

3.4 POLLY can at any time stimulate ROD’s body in any manner she chooses either for the purpose of generating additional frustration (an activity that is encouraged) or for providing ROD with an orgasm. ROD may only obtain an orgasm when POLLY has explicitly informed him of her permission to do so. In the absence of such permission he shall always warn POLLY if he is about to have an orgasm in which case she can choose to stop or to continue. If ROD expresses frustration when he is denied an orgasm after stimulation this shall not be considered a punishable offence. POLLY shall she be under no obligation to inform ROD in advance of when he might next get an orgasm.

3.5 POLLY can impose periods of abstinence for punitive reasons (“Punitive Periods”) if ROD breaches the Agreement in any way. Such Punitive Periods may last between 1 and 4 weeks as decided by POLLY. Examples of breaches are:

- an unauthorised orgasm

- a negative reaction when POLLY does not agree to sex

- failure to invite sex when going to bed

- failure to take measures to avoid orgasm during penetration

- non acceptance of a decision by POLLY as provided in clause 5.

3.6 For every 2 week period outside of Punitive Periods POLLY guarantees to grant ROD a minimum of one orgasm and a maximum of 3 orgasms at her discretion. All of ROD’s orgasms may be by any means POLLY determines. However, at least 50% of ROD’s orgasms in the initial term or in any subsequent three month period will be during sexual intercourse.

3.7 ROD is responsible for advising POLLY in the event that she is about to breach clause 3.6 by failing to meet the minimum or maximum orgasm limit or of not meeting the 50% rule. Failure to so advise POLLY shall absolve POLLY of any liability for such a breach but shall not be considered a punishable breach by ROD.



4 Termination

4.1 This Agreement shall automatically terminate at the end of the initial trial period or any 3 month extension thereof unless both parties agree to a further extension.

4.2 This Agreement may be terminated with immediate effect by mutual agreement.



5 Jurisdiction

ROD explicitly renouncing any jurisdiction that may otherwise apply to him shall for the resolution of any dispute regarding the interpretation or operation of this Agreement submit absolutely to the decision of POLLY. ROD is free to argue and put forward his view on any such matter without risk of punishment but once a definitive decision is made further appeal may result in the award of a Punitive Period.

In 2007, She and i entered into the following contract, now in effect permanently, meaning i've been locked in a chastity device now for 3 years, during which time She has allowed me to cum maybe 10 times. Marriage Contract

This contract signed by ----------, hereinafter known as �"husband"� or�it� or related forms �it's� or �itself�. "husband" was legally married to ---------, hereinafter known as Wife, earlier this evening of ---------- in ---------- County, Florida. This Contract has been entered into voluntarily by "husband".


WHEREAS, "husband" and Wife, prior to officially being married this day, have engaged in a loving, mutually rewarding relationship since they met on ----------, 1992. This relationship has involved the submission of "husband" to Wife, with "husband" served Wife in a very submissive manner including but not limited to sexual relations, domestic duties, and various other behaviors. "husband" and Wife desire to continue the relationship into a female-led marriage. She is expected to be the Head of the Household and it, the submissive "husband".


WHEREAS, "husband" sincerely believes in the superiority of the female over the male and this belief goes beyond sexual relations and includes all aspects of his life. WHEREAS, "husband" strongly desires to fully recognize his devotion and unconditional love for Wife by executing this contract. Even when "husband" and Wife had fights and problems it completely devoted itself to Her with its unconditional love and servitude.


WHEREAS, this contract is accompanied by a lengthier �"Rules of Marriage for slave "husband""� for which "husband" agrees to follow those rules explicitly. The �"Rules of Marriage for slave "husband""� were written by "husband" for the benefit of Wife and the rules contained in the accompanying document can only be modified by Her.


WHEREAS, "husband" has owned his own body it desires to transfer said body to Wife. "husband" already has given his body as property to Wife in prior verbal and written agreements and this Contract will supersede all prior agreements and contracts, written or oral.


WERREAS, "husband" strongly wishes to live the rest of his life in the servitude of Wife and does so without duress or undue influence from Wife or others. The genesis of this contract is not sexual in nature and was thoughtfully written by "husband".


WHEREAS, "husband" desires there to be are no boundaries of place, time, or situation in which "husband" may willfully refuse to obey the directive of Wife and further agrees that, once signing this Contract with his signature below, his body will belong to Wife, including all assets, finances, and material goods, to do with as it sees fit.


WHEREAS, the definition of a "husband", for purposes of this contract, is a slave to Wife. This agreement is legal and binding as it operates outside the parameters of the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.


NOW, THEREFORE, "husband" agrees to be contractually bound by the following:


1.INTENT and PURPOSE.

a.the purpose of this Contract is for "husband" to fully and openly acknowledge the devotion it has to Wife and to display the submissive parameters of the life it has been living and will continue to live with Wife.

"husband" expects to solidify his devotions to Wife by constructing this Contract and enabling Her remedies should it not fulfill what it expects of itself in its role as Her slave.

This contract is provided as a secure and binding agreement which defines in specific terms the relationship between "husband" and Wife. "husband" wishes to be acknowledged not as a human but as a possession of Wife. Through this Contract "husband" expects not to be entitled to any rights outside of this Contract and expects to become the property or chattel of Wife.

This contract is a measure of control. This contract shall be an instrument in recognition of "husband"'s deep and abiding need to have an owner and authority figure in its life, choose to enter into a full-time, unequal Dominant/submissive marriage with Wife fully owning "husband" as her own personal property and whereas "husband" has no expectations of having any rights, freedom or ability to make decisions on its own behalf for itself or others unless commanded by Wife or instructed within the confines of this Contract.


2.POWER of ATTORNEY and LEGALITIES.

a."husband" agrees, to sign a legal Irrevocable Power of Attorney, a Medical Power of Attorney, and a Living Will, enabling Wife to go before a judge and declare "husband" unable to handle its own affairs and granting Her full legal rights over it.

"husband" fully understands the implications of signing such a document whereas it would lose all legal rights to himself. "husband" accepts all decisions made for it by Wife.

"husband" fully understands Wife may invoke to legally change "husband"�s name to any of Her choosing.

"husband" desires to renounce all personal rights, privileges, and property from "husband" to Wife.

Should "husband" find himself in incarcerated by the authorities: if there by an act at the direction of Wife than "husband" fully expects Wife�s assistance in his defense. Since Wife is not signing this contract, this is only an assumption on its part and in no way obligates Wife to assist. If "husband" is incarcerated by the authorities for an act of his own, then "husband" does not expect the assistance of Wife.


3.MARITAL PROPERTY and INCOME.

a.Upon signing this contract "husband" agrees to officially and legally sign over any of his property to Wife or to an entity of Her choosing. This shall include, and is not limited to, its real estate, bank accounts, brokerage accounts, as beneficiary of any trusts, all clothing, jewelery, sex toys, vehicles, and private stock in any companies.

Should Wife choose to end the marriage and/or relationship "husband" acknowledges it may be left without any property or financial support whatsoever.

If Wife chooses to end the marriage, "husband" acknowledges that Wife has the right to sell, trade or donate "husband" to another person or persons of Her choosing as it is Her chattel.

Should "husband" find himself in a position of receiving income, then prior to the receipt of that income, "husband" must arrange to have that income directly received by Wife or an entity of Her choosing. "husband" is not permitted to have income and only by the good grace of Wife shall "husband" receive a allowance, for which it is expected to have a full accounting of its expense.

Should "husband" receive gifts (i.e. Christmas and Birthday gifts) then "husband" will immediately give the gifts to Wife, to become Her property, for Her to decide what to do with them.

b. "husband" agrees, upon Wife's wishes, to reach a point financially whereas neither needs to work for income enabling �husband� to be at Wife's disposal twenty four hours a day, 365 days a year without any holiday breaks. "husband" is expected to work hard to bring in as much income as possible for Wife and its goal should be to become retired within ten years of the signing of this Contract. This way "husband" can devote himself to round-the-clock service to Wife.





4.SERVICE.

a."husband" agrees to serve Wife as Her humble servant for the remainder of his life and acknowledges She may trade, sell or donate his body to another at anytime of Her choosing either permanently or on a temporary basis.

"husband" will always address Wife with respect.

"husband" agrees, upon Wife�s wishes, it can be permanently marked or altered. This can include and is not limited to tattoos, permanent piercings, brandings, implants, genital alterations or other elective surgeries that may permanently change the shape, form, sight, functionality, or other aspects of "husband"'s physical body.

"husband" must keep himself clean with excellent hygiene.

"husband" acknowledges it may be publicly exposed of his status. �husband� acknowledges that there may be relationships with others that may be damaged through it becoming known of its status of being owned.

"husband" will perform domestic labor and other domestic duties. These duties are more clearly explained in the �"Rules of Marriage for slave "husband""�.

"husband" will entertain Wife and any guests for their amusements. There are no limits to what this entertainment may include.

"husband" agrees to please Wife to the best of his ability, in that it now exists solely for Wife's pleasure.

Wife may confine or imprison "husband" under any conditions she desires as often as she may wish and for any length of time.

Although "husband" hopes Wife will show love and kindness to him, "husband" understands and acknowledges Wife is in no way under any obligation or expectation to show mercy or kindness to "husband".


5.CLOTHING.

a."husband" agrees to seek permission of Wife to purchase any clothing if "husband" has been given money to make such a purchase. "husband" fully realizes most, if not all, clothing purchases will be purchased by Wife.

"husband" agrees and acknowledges it will wear anything Wife demands of him.

"husband" acknowledges it may be limited to the type of clothing it is to wear. For example, Wife may desire "husband"�s swimwear to be limited to the coverage of a Speedo-style bikini or as small as a g-string to be worn in public. "husband" must wear what Wife wishes without complaint.

"husband" may be publicly exposed with little or no clothing at the wishes of Wife.

b. If "husband" has not been told what to wear outside, then it will find something to wear that may be considered inappropriate and will always ask itself the question, �Is this sexy enough?�, then choose an outfit sexier to wear outside.

c. Various accessories may be adorned to "husband" that may be indicative of its status (i.e. Slave collar, bondage wear).


6.SEXUAL RELATIONS.

a."husband" has proven itself to be something that cannot control its sexual gratification and is a chronic masturbator. "husband" agrees to wear a male chastity device of Wife�s choosing to ensure fidelity to Her. This device may be attached temporarily or permanently. Wearing such a device, "husband" acknowledges it will not be able to have an erection or an orgasm. "husband" fully realizes the ramifications of such a device and already has much experience in using such devices and welcomes giving full control of its penis to Wife. Afterall, �husband� is giving fully control and ownership of its body to Wife by signing this contract and its penis is only one part of that body. "husband" currently regularly wears a chastity device. Such chastity device must be designed in such a way to be worn 24 hours per day, seven days per week and should be hygienic, allowing for proper bathing and urination.

"husband" acknowledges it will always be monogamous to Wife but Wife may have as many relationships and lovers as She may desire. Specifically, Wife may have sexual relations with as many or as few males or females She may desire, whereas "husband" is limited to only having sexual relations, if any, with Wife. "husband" agrees to do everything to its utmost and within its ability to get along well with Wife's other lovers and in no way will allow jealousy or envy to enter into "husband"'s life. "husband" will strive whole-heartedly to make Wife's lovers as comfortable as possible whether a temporary lover or a permanent lover.

"husband" will sexually satisfy Wife as per Her wishes as often as She desires, if at all. "husband" fully understands his sexual satisfaction is dependent upon Wife. "husband" always has and always will devote himself to worshiping Wife.

This day "husband" has strong sexual feelings for Wife and feels confident he could devote itself soley to giving endless sexual pleasures to Wife. "husband" also acknowledges and agrees in the future, its sexual drive may not be as strong and should that become the case, it agrees to fully satisfy Wife sexually in any way She may desire.

"husband" acknowledges masturbation is, in effect, an act of infidelity and Wife may choose to rid Herself of "husband" via trade, sale or donation to another party should "husband" partake in such activity. "husband" acknowledges and agrees not to attempt self-pleasure via his penis without the permission of Wife.

"husband" may not seek any other human for sexual union of any kind or relate to others in any sexual manner without Wife's permission. �husband� may not seek any non-human for sexual gratification. �husband� will only accept sexual gratification, if any, as directed by Wife.






7.CHILDREN.

a."husband" and Wife have discussed that at some time in the future Wife may desire to bear children. Such a decision will be completely up to Wife how and when She will become pregnant and/or adopt.

It is also Wife�s decision whom shall impregnate Her as sit may have another lover.

Decisions in raising the children will be solely made by Wife. "husband" realizes and agrees to do all domestic work related to the children (i.e. diaper changes, cleaning up after).

The household will be decidedly slanted in favor of any females and to the disfavor of any males. Should Wife bear or adopt any females than they are to be treated literally as princesses. Clearly defined roles within the household are a must and those roles will be decided by Wife.

"husband" acknowledges and agrees Wife will have full custody of any children.

8.TERM OF CONTRACT.

a.This contract has no expiration. "husband" is bound by this contract for the remainder of his life.

b.Even though Wife is not signing this Contract, She may cancel it any time.


9.HEALTH.

a."husband" expects Wife, though fully realizes sit is not required, to administer medical help to "husband" should it need medical attention.

"husband" agrees to maintain his body the best way it knows how or otherwise directed by Wife.

"husband" acknowledges Wife�s desire to have a "husband" with an attractive, muscular, healthy body and agrees to maintain such a physique.

"husband" agrees to eat healthfully, six meals per day, as realistically can be applied.

"husband" agrees to effectively train his body for strength and endurance utilizing aspects of Triathlon and Strength training or as per training directed by Wife.

"husband" agrees, upon Wife�s wishes, to eliminate all or part of his body hair temporarily or permanently to better display his muscles and to keep his skin smooth.

b. Wife may provide regular doctor visits for "husband" however is not required to do so.

c. Wife shall have complete control over "husband"'s food and drink consumption.

Wife shall have complete control over "husband"'s exercise regimen.

Wife shall have complete control over "husband"'s elimination of bodily waste as "husband" is Her property. "husband" acknowledges and agrees such control may be, but is not limited to, Her command or device such as catheters.


10.PUNISHMENTS.

a."husband" acknowledges and agrees Wife may need to punish it and agrees to accept any and all punishments from Wife or Her assigns whether earned or not. More detailed examples of punishment can be found in the �"Rules of Marriage for slave "husband""�, an accompanying document to this Contract.

"husband" agrees and acknowledges it may be subjected various punishments that will harm him temporarily or permanently. it agrees and acknowledges it may be subjected to prolonged discomfort or pain.

"husband" may endure punishment for, and not limited to, not following the �"Rules of Marriage for slave "husband""�, and/or any command given by Wife or the terms of this Contract, or for Wife's general amusement.


11.HUMILIATIONS.

a."husband" acknowledges it forgoes any privacy from Wife and potentially the public. "husband" has no expectations of privacy.

"husband" may be commanded to engage in acts it may find humiliating and agrees to engage in such acts at the command of Wife or Her assigns. Such acts may be private, semi-private, or public and may be cause for incarceration by the authorities.

"husband" agrees and acknowledges it may be subjected to photographs and video and/or audio recordings of him in various situations that, upon Wife�s wishes, can be played and displayed for anyone She may desire. �husband� acknowledges and agrees Wife may make these materials available to �husband's� family, co-workers, friends, and associates. Wife may even sell thee recordings for profit if She chooses. "husband" fully realizes the impact of this clause and will not claim �blackmail� or �sexual harassment� should such events take place because by signing this Contract �husband� is giving explicit permission for Wife to do so. Instead it will dutifully accept the humiliation it finds itself a subject. "husband" acknowledges and agrees others may be informed about this Contract and its status to Wife. "husband" may be made to keep a �slave diary� which, by way of Wife's desire, may stay private or could be made public by any means She may choose.


12.FREE TIME

a. Wife may grant "husband" free time on a regular or irregular basis however "husband" should not expect to be granted such free time. This is time "husband" may use for physical, emotional, spiritual and other healing as needed. Each free time shall have a time of termination which will be strictly observed by "husband".

Free time may include being able to write and talk to its family.

Free time may include being able to write and talk with his friends (if permitted to have any).

Free time may include anything "husband" wishes to do so long as it does not interfere with its obligations under other sections of this Contract.

Free time is considered a gift or privilege and is not a right of "husband".

Free time may include the ability of "husband" to speak freely and openly to Wife.


12.DEATH or INCAPACITY.

a.Should Wife become incapacitated, Wife has signed a Living Will and a Medical Power of Attorney enabling "husband" to handle Her affairs. Wife may, at Her discretion, update Her living will to include another individual to handle Her affairs instead of �husband�.

Regardless, "husband" will, upon the incapacity of Wife, devote himself to Her recovery. Should Her condition not be conducive to recovery, "husband" will devote himself to Her care and will remain permanently chaste and monogamous to Her.

Should Wife�s death precede "husband"�s than "husband" will continue his life in permanent chastity and will not be permitted to engage another relationship unless express written consent is given by Wife prior to Her death. �husband� will continue to follow this Contract and the �"Rules of Marriage for slave "husband""� as if Wife was still alive for the remainder of his life. Wife may include other instructions in Her will that may supercede this document, instructing "husband" to whom it is to become the property of, as it is Wife�s chattel.

Should "husband" become incapacitated, it has signed an, Irrevocable Power of Attorney, Living Will and a Medical Power of Attorney enabling Wife to fully handle his affairs.

Should "husband" become incapacitated for an extended period of time, "husband" acknowledges Wife may discard him and move on with Her life, leaving it property of the State.

Should "husband"�s death precede Wife�s than Wife will continue with Her life as She desires.


13.DEFAULT

a. "husband" acknowledges and agrees Wife may, over time, view "husband" as only a single-task object (i.e. Maid, masseuse, house manager) and not use it for any other purpose.

b. "husband" shall never lie to Wife and will always answer truthfully any question Wife asks.

c. "husband" shall bring everything to Wife's attention that, in "husband"'s best judgement, are important for Wife to know.

d. "husband"'s personal habits shall be remade at anytime, in any manner Wife desires, for any reason Wife desires.

e. "husband" requests that no third party, group, or organization interfere in any way to prevent it from fulfilling its obligations of servitude and obedience to Wife as defined in this contract.


15. REVOCATION or ASSIGNMENT of CONTRACT.

a. Revocation of this contract lies solely in the hands of Wife. "husband" CANNOT revoke this contract once signed. This contract is irrevocable by "husband".

b. Wife may, upon Her wishes, have this contract transferred or assigned to another individual or individuals. "husband" agrees and acknowledges subsequent holders of this Contract shall retain all rights, privileges and provisions set forth herein.

c. Wife has the right to sell, trade or donate "husband" to another individual(s) without this contract in place, in effect revoking this contract and can do so on a temporary or permanent basis.


16.CONSIDERATION

�husband� has willfully given Wife $1 in consideration for entering into this Contract.


This Contract shall be legally binding to "husband" and it signs this Contract of its own free will, without duress, and fully understands its provisions herein. "husband" conceived of and wrote this Contract to be given to Wife upon their wedding night on ----------, 1994. By signing this Contract "husband" fully acknowledges and agrees to become the complete and total property of Wife to do with as sit wishes � mind, body, and soul. "husband"'s original signature shall be valid and binding for this Contract and any addendum hereto. This shall include powers of attorney on behalf of "husband". Just to have a time out for those who take this too seriously we Mistress and I are really well grounded. We also have a house full of kids, so it really isn;t practical or in any way realistic to think that we could live this way full time.
Sure we jhave stuff like branks (scolds bridle) all the chains and cuffs you could want.
I even write about our adventures in "the vault". But reality for us is that I am essentially in charge and in reality She likes it better this way. A) GENERAL PROVISIONS

The device is to be secured with a brass Master padlock or single-use plastic lock with serial number at all times providing confirmation that the Mistress’ property has not been misused.
3) Mistress agrees to take on the role of “keyholder” and has exclusive rights regarding the location and quantity of primary and emergency keys to the chastity device.
4) Under no circumstances will the submissive have control or free access to any key, except by special permission of his Mistress to facilitate her needs and schedule. Touching a key without permission is punishable by the maximum chastity sentence.
5) If the submissive has permission from his Mistress to carry a key for medical emergencies it shall be secured in such a way that it can be easily determined that it was accessed. Use of an emergency key for non-emergency purposes is a serious offence and shall be punishable by the maximum chastity sentence and/or special punishment as deemed by the Mistress. The submissive shall present the secured emergency key daily for inspection at his Mistress’ discretion.
6) If the submissive is carrying an emergency key and is encountering severe pain or pinching such that it is disrupting his work or activities, he may contact his Mistress and request permission to access the key; or he may access it without permission and take a chance that he will be punished for suspected misuse.
7) If a plastic lock is being used and it snaps open accidently, the submissive shall notify his mistress as soon as possible. Mistress may at her sole discretion add time to the chastity sentence as punishment up to the maximum chastity sentence.
8) During sexual contact, including tease and denial sessions, scheduled relief and unscheduled relief, the submissive shall:
a) Only address his wife as “Mistress”
b. Always refer to the penis and testicles as “her property”
c) Always request permission before touching her property
d) Always request permission to climax (see “Permission to Climax” section below)

C) CHASTITY SENTENCE
1) The chastity sentence may not exceed the maximum sentence of 30 days. This maximum duration may be changed by mutual consent.
2) Mistress shall determine the duration of the chastity sentence by one of four methods:
a) Set an arbitrary release date
b. Set a release date by chance (submissive rolls five six-sided dice, or similar)
c) Set no release date at all
d) Other method mutually agreed upon
3) When the sentence is fulfilled and relief has been allowed, Mistress shall “reset” the game by one of the methods listed above.
4) Mistress may allow an “unscheduled relief” at her discretion. Following an unscheduled relief, Mistress may either reset the game or continue the sentence as scheduled. (See “Scheduled and Unscheduled Relief” section below.)
5) Mistress may require submissive to service her sexually without relief as often as she desires during the chastity sentence. Failure to honor her request will result in the maximum chastity sentence to begin at the time of the infraction.
6) Mistress may engage in teasing and orgasm denial during the chastity sentence as described in the following section. Failure to cooperate on the part of the submissive will result in the maximum chastity sentence to begin at the time of the infraction.

D) TEASING & ORGASM DENIAL
1) Mistress may arouse her submissive as often as she likes during the chastity sentence for the purpose of heightening the intensity of his chastity training or for her own personal amusement.
2) Mistress may “edge” submissive near orgasm repeatedly and/or keep submissive in a constant state of arousal while denying orgasm/ejaculation as often as she likes during the chastity sentence.
3) Mistress may choose to “abandon” submissive’s orgasm as a form of denial. This method drains the seminal fluids while virtually eliminating the physical pleasure of ejaculation. The following is one example of how this may be achieved:
a) Mistress allows submissive to approach orgasm using any method she chooses
b. Submissive requests permission to climax as usual
c) Mistress grants permission; but a first sign of ejaculation, she verbally commands submissive to “stop”
d) Submissive must immediately cease all stroking or thrusting, removing his hands from the immediate vicinity of her property and remaining as still as possible
4) Ruining of an orgasm by severely restricting the flow of ejaculate is forbidden due to the unknown health risk. This technique is known to cause seminal fluid to flow back into the bladder and cause severe pain during ejaculation.
5) Submissive is forbidden to touch Mistress’ property once denied. If submissive looses control and ejaculation cannot be averted, he must immediately cease all stroking or thrusting, remove his hands from the immediate vicinity of Mistress’ property and remain as still as possible until the ejaculate is expelled. Loss of control shall result in the game being reset.

E) SCHEDULED & UNSCHEDULED RELIEF
1) When the submissive has fulfilled his chastity sentence, he is entitled to “scheduled relief” which his Mistress will allow at her leisure.
2) Mistress alone shall determine the circumstances around which the scheduled relief will be allowed, and the form it will take. Forms it may take include the following:
a) Intercourse resulting in orgasm.
b. Oral sex resulting in orgasm.
c) Supervised, guided or mutual masturbation resulting in orgasm.
d) Ruined (abandoned) orgasm (as described in previous section).
e) Orgasm by other creative means, as long as it is mutually acceptable.
f) Prostate massage (releasing seminal fluids without an orgasm). Mistress is not obligated to remove the chastity device during a prostate massage.
g) Any combination of the above.
3) Mistress may participate sexually in the scheduled relief; but she is not obligated to do so.
4) Mistress may postpone scheduled relief briefly if it is not convenient for her.
5) The rules for an “unscheduled relief” are identical, except it is unscheduled. The game may or may not be reset at the discretion of the Mistress.

F) PERMISSION TO CLIMAX
1) During scheduled or unscheduled relief, or during teasing for the purpose of arousal and orgasm denial, if the submissive feels he is nearing orgasm, he shall verbally request permission to climax.
2) Mistress has complete discretion in whether to allow a climax or not. She may repeatedly deny submissive if she desires.
3) If submissive climaxes without permission, whether having failed to ask permission or having climaxed after being denied, the game is reset.
4) If submissive fails to climax when his Mistress gives permission, he has lost his opportunity and she may at her sole discretion allow him another chance or reset the game and begin his next sentence immediately.
5) Following any climax, the submissive is responsible for cleaning up his Mistress, sex toys and disposing of the resulting ejaculate in whatever manner his Mistress instructs.

G) SECURITY PROTOCOLS
1) The submissive shall present himself to his Mistress to be unlocked. Only she may insert the key to unlock the device (except in a medical emergency as described above).
2) When free, submissive shall not misuse his Mistress’ property by stroking or touching her property without permission, and only in her presence and under her direct supervision.
3) When Mistress instructs her submissive to do so, he shall reinstall the device and place the lock into its place without locking it. He shall then present himself to her for inspection. She will inspect her property for security and proper fit, and when satisfied, snap the lock shut. During inspection, the submissive shall remain still and quiet until he hears the “click” of the lock closing.

H) TEMPORARY RELEASE FROM DEVICE
1) On occasion, Mistress may give permission to the submissive to release her property from the chastity device for a short period of time at her discretion. Circumstances under which this could be the case may include, but are not limited to, a doctor’s appointment, family event and teasing and arousal session.
2) If allowed freedom while physically separated from his Mistress, submissive shall continue to fulfill his chastity sentence as if he still wore the device. A confirmed violation of this condition will be punishable by the maximum chastity sentence.

I) DAILY HYGEINE REGIMEN
1) Submissive is expected to go about his morning routine by showering with the chastity device intact without the need to wake his Mistress. In the event that this is not possible, the following regimen shall be followed.
2) Prior to showering, submissive shall wake Mistress and request permission to be unlocked. She may instruct him to hand her the key, or she may retrieve it herself. Once the security protocol is complete, the submissive shall proceed directly to the bathroom to begin the regimen.
3) Submissive shall remove the chastity device in the bathroom and wash each component with soap and water. After drying and laying out each component on the sink, submissive shall proceed with his shower.
4) Submissive shall be responsible to take this opportunity to groom and maintain his Mistress’ property. The pubic area, areas around the testicular ring, shaft of the penis and the testicles shall be kept as smooth and hairless as possible. Mistress shall have final say regarding how submissive is to groom to her taste.
5) When the shower is complete, the submissive shall dry himself, replace the chastity device immediately and report to his Mistress for inspection before completing his morning routine.
6) Submissive must maintain chastity during the regimen as if the device where in place. Misuse of Mistress’ property during the regimen is strictly forbidden and is punishable by the maximum chastity sentence.

K) ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Mistress may request submissive to assist her with her personal needs such as dressing, showering, massaging her feet or back, painting her toenails, coloring her hair, plucking her eyebrows, etc. Submissive shall give his Mistress priority in all these matters.
2) Submissive is responsible to do the laundry and make sure that his Mistress always has an adequate supply of clothing available.
3) Submissive is responsible for putting the trash out on Tuesday evening, and retrieving the cans on Wednesday evening.
4) Submissive is responsible to keep the grass trimmed and cut on a weekly basis.
5) Mistress may require the submissive to perform tasks inside the house wearing only his chastity device at any time for any reason.
6) If submissive feels he cannot complete a task as expected, he shall communicate his excuse to his Mistress. She may accept or refuse the excuse and apply a consequence. Consequences for uncompleted tasks or submitting invalid excuses are subject to one-day penalties per infraction or other consequence deemed appropriate.

Hello all.
Let me give some background: my wife and I have been playing around with male chastity for six months, with me wearing a CB6000S It has been quite good fun for most of the time (except when life throws the odd curveball your way and upsets all of your carefully laid plans). Things became a bit more serious recently when she ordered me a Mature Metal Watchful Mistress for my Christmas present. This was on the proviso that I 'take things more seriously' which was a reference to both of us being a bit slack over the Festive Season (not wearing the CB6000S, her not enforcing its use).
For the last two weeks the ante has definitely been upped! Tease and Denial and a little CBTare a regular thing during our morning rituals and the CB6000S has been kept on. There has been more than the whiff of FemDom about the relationship dynamic as well, something that turns me on and I want to encourage.
In light of all of this, I thought it would be interesting to put together a contract for behaviour. This goes beyond a chastity contract in that there are FemDom overtones. It was singed this weekend, although we were working to some of the contract requirements over the last ten days or so.

Contract

1. This contract has been created to provide the guidance and framework for Male Chastity as practised between the Wife and Husband. It is not exhaustive by any means and is intended to be a living document to which both persons can contribute at any time. It sets out the expectations of behaviour, roles as they currently stand and mechanism for discussions between both persons.

2. Background

a. This contract has been drawn up by the Husband as an expression of love and trust. He is granting the Wife complete control over his orgasms and offering this freely to the Wife, trusting Her to manage the Husband’s sexual needs. It is expected that the Wife should enjoy this and demonstrably luxuriate in the fact that Her sexual requirements are an overriding priority for the Husband. In short, the Husband is willingly surrendering sexually to his Wife.

b. The position of authority that the Wife is placed in by the Husband should be regarded as a loving gift from the Husband to the Wife.

c. The acceptance of said gift is highly valued by the Husband and should be demonstrated as so.

3. Persons, roles & items involved

a. The Wife, henceforth referred to as the Mistress, who is also the sole Keyholder for the Chastity Device;

b. The Husband, the spouse of the Mistress;

c. The Chastity Device, worn by the Husband so as to encase the husband’s genitalia, thereby preventing manual stimulation by the Husband. This item can be the CB-6000S or the Watchful Mistress or any other Chastity Device acquired by the Mistress or Husband subsequent to the signing of this contract. Choice of the Chastity Device to be worn is at the sole discretion of the Mistress and the Husband may not dispute this. The Chastity Device shall be locked when worn by the Husband. Locking may be from a number of methods chosen at the Discretion of the Mistresses.

d. The Mistress’ Property, also referred to as the Property; the Husband’s genitalia. Signing of this contract by the Husband automatically confers ownership of the Property to the Mistress.

4. Definitions

a. Male Chastity; the abstention of sexual climax for the male, normally enforced by the wearing of the Chastity Device.

b. Denial period; the duration between Sexual Releases of the Husband, a period set by the Mistress. The determination of this period can be any means necessary, including by games of chance, as chosen by the Mistress. The Mistress’ decision in this is final and will be accepted by the Husband.

c. Release; removal of the Chastity Device.

d. Sexual Release; orgasm for the Husband, which may be ruined or not depending on the wiShes of the Mistress; or orgasm for the Mistress;

e. Milking; the release of semen etc from the male by way of manipulation of the prostate gland either manually or by use of an instrument or a sex toy of the Mistress’ choosing.

f. Denial; the withholding of Sexual Release from the Husband. Sexual release may not be denied to the Mistress for any reason.

g. Keyholder; the person in possession of the Key to the lock on the Chastity Device. This will normally be the Mistress.

h. Punishments; penalties enforced by the Mistress in the event of any breaking of any term of the contract by the Husband.

i. Tease and Denial; the sexual teasing and arousal of the Husband by the Mistress without result of Sexual Release for the Husband.

5. Duration and revisions of the contract

a. The contract duration is in perpetuity or until either party decides the contract can be broken. This may be done unilaterally without recourse, however it is expected that the reason for breaking the contract will be explained.

b. The contract can be revised at any time after discussion between both parties. Either party can instigate this process.

6. Denial Period

a. The period of denial is set by the Mistress. The methodology of setting the duration of the period is at the discretion of the Mistress.

b. The Husband may request reductions or increases to the period. The Mistress may choose whether or not to accept these requests.

c. Once the period of denial has been finalised by the Mistress, then the Husband should be informed.

d. No period should be less than 10 days except in special circumstances.

e. As and when the Mistress feels it is appropriate She may grant the Husband leave to not wear a Chastity Device or an extended period of Release. This period would normally last for a couple of days. During this period the Husband may enjoy as many Sexual Releases as he may desire. This may or may not be with Mistress’ involvement. At the conclusion of these generous Release periods the Husband will return to a state of Male Chastity; the Mistress’ Property will be placed inside a Male Chastity Device.

f. Under normal circumstances the Mistress will inform the Husband of the duration of the Release period, however She reserves the right to end the period as and when She sees fit.

7. Behaviours

a. Hygiene

i. The Husband is responsible for daily cleaning of the Chastity Device in use and the Mistress’ Property. This may need to be done without Release from the Chastity Device.

ii. Husband will notify the Mistress immediately regarding any concerns over the effectiveness or cleanliness of the Chastity Device.

iii. The Mistress will permit at least weekly Release from the Chastity Device for inspection and cleaning of Her Property and the Chastity Device in use. During this procedure the Mistress may choose request that the Husband shaves the Mistress’ Property. This may be supervised by the Mistress or even carried out by Her. The Mistress may choose to restrain the Husband during these cleans or inspections.

iv. The Husband agrees that the Chastity Device will be replaced after removal as soon as is reasonably practicable and will assist in this as Mistress sees fit. In the event of sexual arousal of the Husband and resultant tumescence of the Mistress’ Property, thereby preventing enclosure of Her Property by the Chastity Device, then the Mistress may utilise methods [s1] to reduce tumescence as She so wishes.

b. Keys

i. The Keys can be a physical Key, a code or the permission to remove a breakable tag all resulting in the release of the Chastity Device.

ii. The Keys are to be held by the Mistress at all times.

iii. In the event of a physical Key being in use, this should be worn or held on a chain by the Mistress about Her person. In the privacy of the home this would normally be about the Mistress’ neck[s2] .

iv. Emergency access to the Key is at the Mistress’ discretion.

c. Chastity Device

i. This should be worn at all times so as to prevent the Husband from manually stimulating the Mistress’ Property without Her permission.

ii. The Husband may remove the Chastity Device, with the permission of the Mistress when;

1. Going to the gym, rugby training or playing rugby.

2. Visiting a medical practitioner or similar.

In these circumstances, permission from the Mistress would not necessarily be needed by the Husband, but should be sought as an indication of the high esteem [s3] in which She should be held.

d. Sexual release for the Husband

i. This will be at the sole discretion of the Mistress. Any Sexual Release for the Husband that is not expressly authorised by the Mistress will result in punishment of the Husband by the Mistress.

ii. The Mistress shall determine the time and manner of the Husband’s Sexual Release and may choose to abandon an attempt at any time [s4] up to the point of the Sexual Release being sought.

iii. The Husband should warn the Mistress if Sexual Release is imminent during a Tease and Denial session especially if permission for Sexual Release has not been given by the Mistress.

e. Sexual release for the Mistress

i. This will be at a time and place chosen at the sole discretion of the Mistress.

ii. There is a duty on the Husband to ensure that Mistress achieves Sexual Release at least daily, if she so wishes. If he is unable to do this then he should make arrangements for it to happen.

iii. The Mistress may choose the Husband to assist Her in Sexual Release, but is free to use other methods. Typically, if the husband is present he will be expected to assist the Mistress in achieving Sexual Release with enthusiasm.

f. Reinforcing

i. The Husband will thank the Mistress on a daily basis for being his Mistress and Keyholder[s5] . The Mistress may ritualise this process e.g. insisting that the Husband does this on his knees etc.

ii. The Husband will refer to the Mistress as ‘Mistress’ or any other term that the Mistress should desire in the bedroom

iii. The Mistress may refer to the Husband as She chooses but should remember and understand Her position of authority[s6] .

iv. The Mistress may choose to subject the Husband to as much teasing as possible in order to reinforce his dependence on her for Sexual Release. This may include using such methods as:

1. Tease and Denial sessions.

2. Dressing provocatively, whether in private or public.

3. Verbal teasing and stimulation.

4. Viewing of pornography; normally the Mistress may choose the pornography to viewed.

g. Health and Fitness

i. There is a duty on the Husband to maintain a degree of fitness in order to fulfill the Mistress’ needs, be they physical, sexual, or otherwise.

ii. For the foreseeable future the Husband is expected to:

1. Lose at least 1kg[s7] per week. Weight loss cannot be ‘banked’ so that any additional weight lost during one week contributes to the total for another week.

2. Lose 0.5% [s8] body fat per week. Body fat loss cannot be ‘banked’ so that any additional body fat lost during one week contributes to the total for another week.

3. Attend rugby training, play rugby or go to the gym for a workout or class at least three times per week as a minimum. Twice per week is acceptable, but not for more than two weeks. In the case where only two sessions have been attended in a week Mistress may request that the Husband attends four sessions. Failure to do this will be punished.

4. Refrain from eating dessert more than twice per week without the specific permission of the Mistress. The Mistress may choose to determine when this should occur.

5. Refrain from drinking alcohol during the week except with the express permission of the Mistress or during holiday periods.

iii. Both parties are expected to maintain their own health.

h. Appearance

i. It is the duty of the Husband to look good for his Mistress’ aesthetic pleasure. To this end he will maintain an appearance that is pleasing to his Mistress. To this end, his duties will be to:

1. Be pleasant smelling and have minty, fresh breath.

2. Maintain trimmed pubic hair around Mistress’ Property, specifically the scrotum and penis.

3. Wear smart clothing [s9] in public when accompanying Mistress.

4. Maintain a clean shaven face when in situations where intimacy between the Mistress and Husband may occur. The Mistress may request that the Husband shaves at any time.

ii. The Mistress should understand the need to maintain appearances;

1. Visual stimulation is very important in reinforcing the benefits of this contract to the Husband. To this end the Mistress should consider wearing sexy clothing around the Husband but not to the detriment of her standing at her place of work or in the community.

8. Sex

a. At any time the Husband may ask for Sexual Release, unless told not to do so. It may please the Mistress for the Husband to beg. There is no obligation on the Mistress to grant Sexual Release even if She has said that She will. A decision to grant Sexual Release for the Husband may be revoked at any time by the Mistress up to the point of Sexual Release.

b. The Mistress has the right to refuse any request for Sexual Release by the Husband. Note: excessive begging, nagging etc by the Husband is a punishable offence.

c. The Mistress is the sole owner of Her Property and may treat it in any manner She sees fit during Tease and Denial or Sexual Release.

d. The Mistress may perform any sexual act, be it on the Husband or on herself, by any method She sees fit.

e. The Mistress may order the Husband to perform any sexual act, be it on the Mistress or on himself, by any method She sees fit.

f. Husband acknowledges and agrees that Mistress has certain sexual needs that may need to be fulfilled and such releases for Mistress do not constitute a release for Husband.

g. Husband agrees to satisfy Mistress by whatever means Mistress deems necessary for Her own sexual gratification.

h. Husband agrees that Sexual Releases may be accompanied by being restrained as determined by Mistress. Husband agrees that Mistress may release husband for the means of sexual play but that no orgasm is permitted until Mistress permits one.

i. Husband agrees to use any sexual aids such as (but not limited to) vibrators, strap-ons, dildos, and other aids to satisfy Mistress.

j. Husband agrees that Mistress may use devices mentioned above in addition to other restraints on Husband and Husband will have no say in objecting to such devices. (Although begging up to a point will be allowed, once Husband is told by Mistress to stop, the expectation is compliance. Failure will result in punishment both immediate and future.)

9. Rights, Privileges and Understandings

a. All lingerie for the Mistress will be bought by the Husband upon Her request, which will be met with cheerful acceptance by the Husband. The request can be as specific as the Mistress decides. The Husband may purchase lingerie for Mistress as a gift at any time.

b. All sexual toys and equipment for the Mistress or Husband will be bought by the Husband upon Her request, which will be met with cheerful acceptance by the Husband. The Husband may purchase toys and equipment for Mistress as a gift at any time.

c. Any purchase of sexual toys or equipment by the Husband for his own use, if not requested by the Mistress, should be authorised by the Mistress. This authorisation should be preceded by the Husband offering a full justification and explanation of his need for the toy. Permission will be granted by the Mistress solely at Her discretion.

d. Husband agrees and understands that Mistress may use various methods to tease and torment Husband at any time. Further more, Husband understands that he has no say in such teasing and that Mistress may continue or stop at will.

e. Mistress understands that She is free to receive any form of sexual gratification needed from the Husband or other sources during Denial Periods.

f. Husband is aware that rewards up to and including Sexual Release are given for good behavior including but not limited to pampering, dinner dates, gifts, massages, and other ideas Husband comes up with.

g. Both parties agree that modifications to this agreement may be needed during the period of this agreement and that such modifications can be made as long as both parties are in agreement.

10. Privacy

a. Both parties agree that every day life decisions such as household finances and other marital decisions outside the bedroom will have no effect on terms of this agreement, and that such decisions made can have no impact on the terms of this agreement.

b. This contract is between the Mistress and Husband. Release of knowledge of the existence of the contract, whole or in part, by the Husband is wholly forbidden.

c. The behaviours dictated by this contract are to be the standard when the Mistress and Husband are in a private area e.g. at home. There will need to be a degree of judgement as to what is acceptable outside of this area.

11. Typical Punishments

a. Withholding of Sexual Release, period to be determined by the Mistress

b. Corporal punishments e.g. whipping, flogging, nipple twisting etc

c. Withholding of Tease and Denial.

d. Sexual punishment e.g. wearing CBT items e.g. Humbler, ball stretcher, Kali’s Teeth, Points of Intrigue (Note: These are also sexual acts and, as such, the Mistress may instigate these at any time for her own pleasure).

e. Humiliation e.g. sitting on the floor, not the sofa, when watching TV with Mistress, verbal humilation.

f. Any other punishment Mistress may feel is appropriate.

12. Specific Punishments

a. Both parties agree that deviation from contract will result in either cancellation of contract or punishments to correct errant behavior.

b. Breach of contract by Mistress will constitute a cancellation of contract.

c. Cancellation of contract will result in immediate release of Husband from device.

d. Breach of contract by Husband will be handled at the discretion of the Mistress as outlined below.

e. Unauthorized removal of device will result in a ten-day period of lock up and denial for Husband. Absolutely no Sexual Releases will be allowed for Husband during this penalty period.

f. Unauthorized removal of device that includes a Sexual Release will result in a fifteen day period of lock up and denial for Husband. Again, absolutely no Sexual Releases will be allowed for Husband during this penalty period. Additional punishment may be added as determined by Mistress.

g. Husband agrees that additional restraining, flogging, private humiliation, servitude, and any other means of punishment may be administered by Mistress to correct or punish infractions from contract.

h. Husband agrees that failure to accept terms of punishment for infractions is means for immediate termination of this agreement and that such refusal could lead to other detrimental behaviour on part of Mistress.

13. Safe words

a. Yellow means stop.

b. On cessation with reason for stopping may be discussed. The Mistress is the sole arbiter as to whether or not the decision to stop is justified and may mete out any punishment She sees fit if the cessation was not justified.

14. Signatures

1) The submissive signs such a contract of his own free will. He wants to be enslaved. He wants to be obedient. He wants to have his sexuality controlled. Indeed, not only does he want these things, he needs them and craves them. Even though these contracts have no legal binding whatsoever, no contract is enforcible if it is entered into under duress or coercion.

2) These contracts are drawn up to protect both parties from people with your attitude, who might feel that the submissive needs to be "rescued" from enslavement. Again, even though these contracts have no legal standing of their own, they could be entered into evidence to prove the mindset and willingness of both parties.

Hi.
This is the contract that I'm about to sign on Valentines day. We negotiated it back and forth for about a week. I retain no copywrite on this. I was asked to pull contracts from the Web, and send them to my wife. This is her mixing, matching contracts as she decided. The contract duration extension is a compromise solution, in that I only wanted 3 months, while she wanted longer.

This contract is between Wife, referred to as Goddess and Husband, referred to as Male.

I. Definitions:

1) Goddess: The individual who holds the key to a locking male chastity device according to this contract.

2) Male: The individual who will wear the device according to this contract, and who is to keep ones own chastity. is the wearer of the Chastity device

3) Chastity device is the instrument that confines by locking mechanism the male genitalia and prevents erections, masturbation, and orgasm.

4) Confinement is the period in which the Male is locked into he chastity device.

5) Duration is the period length of time this contract is in effect and binding.

6) Release means the discharge of male seminal fluid or seed which may or may not be accompanied by an orgasm.

7) Schedule is the period of time determined by Goddess between releases.

8) Appendage is the defined under this contract to mean either the male penis and/or testicles

II. Purpose of Contract:

The main objective of this contract is to

• to provide Goddess with authority over the Males appendage
• to break, inhibit or terminate said Male of his masturbation behavior,
• to provide quality versus quantity to the Goddess and Males sexual experience
• to artfully cause and inflame Male's sexual desperation
• to affirm mutual couple commitment, togetherness and quality of life.

It is further understood between the parties that Male, by entering said contract forfeits all rights and privileges to his appendage as well as his sexual freedom and that he will only be able to utilize said appendage at the sole discretion of the Goddess as defined in this contract.

III. Rights and Privileges:

Goddess has all benefits from controlling and limiting said Male’s sexual activity and releases. These benefits include but not limited to a chaste and fully obedient male to do Goddess’s bidding.

It is further agreed that the Goddess has the absolute power and authority to make any and all rules regarding the usage of the said Male’s appendage and Goddess can change, modify, or alter those rules within the bounds of the Goddess obligations for any reason at any time.

IV. Male Obligations:

It is agreed that said Male will strictly adhere to the following:

1. Male submits ownership of his appendage to Goddess as her property. Goddess takes complete control of the Male’s appendage, and has free reign to do whatever she desires with this newly acquired property.

2. Male is not allowed to masturbate Goddess's newly acquired property without her consent.

3. Male submits to the use and wearing of a locking chastity device to ensure that Goddess’s newly acquired property is kept secure and denies access to the Male’s ability to break the terms of this agreement. Goddess will keep all keys secure in a combination-locking device. The Male is not authorized to touch any of the Goddess’s keys. Male will report any problems the Chastity device, including miss-fitting, or pullouts, to the Goddess as soon as they are discovered. If in a released state, Male is obligated to re-attach the Chastity Device at anytime the Goddess requests.

4. Male agrees to wear cuffs, or be restrained prior to removal of the chastity device to allow Goddess to allow free and clear access to her property, and to ensure the chastity device can be reattached without interference from the Male.

5. Male acknowledges that he entered into this agreement on a voluntary basis and is totally aware of the consequences and therefore shall not complain to the Goddess and shall not try to create guilt feelings for the Goddess or to solicit a release. Any wining, release requests, guilt or demands for release will be met with punishment as defined in this contract and additional as determined by the Goddess.

6. Male understands that there is no guarantee of an orgasm for the duration of this contract and that the Goddess will ultimately decide when/if permission to orgasm will be granted based on whichever variables Goddess feels fit to define, including the convenience of the orgasm to be granted, or Goddess’s general overall mood to grant permission. Male agrees that the Goddess can dictate time, duration of stimulation and/or place for release and if said Male fails to release during the parameters defined, for any reason, then Male forfeits his chance to release at that time and may be punished.

7. Male will not release and/or orgasm at any time unless explicit permission has been granted by Goddess. Male will alert Goddess of any unauthorized orgasms or pending orgasms. Alerts for pending orgasm must provide enough time to for Goddess to approve or deny the release.

8. Male agrees that it will be the Goddess to decide the grooming level of her property, and when the chastity device may be taken off for hygiene and grooming purposes. Male also agrees that the Goddess will decide if she will be the one who performs the cleaning of her property, or if she will trust the Male with the task.

9. Male agrees he does not have authority to remove the chastity device from Goddess’s property for any reason other than those outlined in the exclusion clause. The Male may, however, submit a request for removal of the chastity device explaining the reason or reasons for removal, but ultimately Goddess will decide on the approval of the request. Goddess may double contract duration as a condition of removal.

10. Male will be allowed to open the chastity device as defined in the exclusions clause within this contract. The Male agrees to the contract end date being extended by the same duration as the release. Male also agrees that all orgasm duration punishment will reset and have to be honored in full at the end of the exclusion clause.

11. Male is obligated to perform any sexual request, or provide sexual release to the Goddess, at any time it is requested, in any way it is requested, for as long as it is requested and agrees to do so enthusiastically without any return expectations or suffer punishment as defined in this contract and additional as determined by the Goddess.

12. Male agrees that Goddess may do anything sexual or not with no limit as she thinks fit or wishes that is not covered by this agreement.

13. Male agrees to properly greet Goddess at all times.

14. Male understands that he shall be unclothed at all times to demonstrate his obligated status, except when given permission to wear clothing by the goddess, or as is required by state law.

15. Male has no right to deny Goddess of any personal assistance. Goddess may ask for any additional personal assistance from Male such as helping her get dressed, shaving her legs, helping with hair, etc., at any time she sees fit.

16. Male agrees that the Goddess has the authority to amend any of the terms listed above, or create new terms, at any time, and without the Male’s agreement and that Male must follow all rules defined by Goddess or suffer punishment.

17. Male agrees to abide by any and all penalties or durations identified in the punishment and consequences clause of the contract, or by the Goddess, as a result of the failing to meet the obligations within this contract.<BR style="mso-special-character: line-break"><BR style="mso-special-character: line-break">

V. Goddess Obligations

Goddess is under following obligation.

1. Goddess understand that she has ownership of the Males appendage, to use and or abuse as she sees fit for whatever purposes she so desires.

2. Goddess agrees to cause and inflame Male's sexual desperation as she sees fit, and understands she is encouraged to excite the Male then deny release.

3. Goddess understands that Male has entered into this agreement on a voluntary basis and therefore Goddess shall feel no guilt feelings for any sexual imbalance or lack of Male release.

4. Goddess understands that she has the right to demand sexual release by the Male and is encouraged to do so whenever it suites her pleasure.

5. Goddess has the obligation to pay attention of the Male's health condition and arrange necessary suitable cleaning or treatment.

6. Goddess agrees to never disclose, either through action or inaction, this chastity agreement to any family member, co-worker or employer. Goddess also agrees to ensure no family member, co-worker or employer is made aware of the Males chastity device either through her own action or inaction.

7. Goddess agrees not to extend the contract end date beyond what is authorized in the punishment and consequences clause.

8. Goddess agrees to unconditionally abide by all clauses of this contract, and make no rules which conflict with this contract, including the exclusion clause.

9. Goddess understand that all obligations to family and job or employment come first, and unconditionally agree to accommodate any such activity or requirement.

VI. PUNISHMENTS AND CONSEQUENCES

Goddess can administer punishment for contract breaches as defined below.

1. Male fails to greet Goddess in a proper manner

a. Automatic forfeiture of orgasm for 7 days (one weeks) from the time that the infraction occurred

b. Hard smacks to testicals; Goddess to determine how many

4. Male, after clear verbal warning, continues to request release verbally or in any other way badgers the Goddess, including wines, or attempting guilt

a. Automatic forfeiture of orgasm for a minimum of 7 days (one week)

b. Goddess will notify the Male if she determines this event is a breach in the contract as defined in Duration, Extensions and Terminations and Breach clause

5. Male disobeys any direct order from the Goddess, including but not limited to enthusiastically providing sexual release to the Goddess

a. An additional week will be added to the contract period

b. Automatic forfeiture of orgasm for a minimum of 7 days (one week)

c. Hard smacks to testicals; Goddess to determine how many

d. Goddess will notify the Male if she determines this event is a breach in the contract as defined in Duration, Extensions and Terminations and Breach clause

6. Male fails to notify Goddess of an impending orgasm, or has an unauthorized orgasm any time during the contract period, including during the exclusion period

a. Male forfeits his right to terminate the contract on the next Contract End Date.

b. Goddess will notify the Male if she determines this event is a breach in the contract as defined in Duration, Extensions and Terminations and Breach clause

7. Any unauthorized removal of the chastity device from the Goddess property, tampering with the chastity device, stealing of the Goddess keys, without the Goddess approval of the incident will be met with

a. Automatic forfeiture of orgasm for 28 days (four weeks) from the time that the infraction occurred

b. Contract period will automatically double

c. Male forfeits his right to terminate the contract on the next Contract End Date

d. Male will submit to a P/A piercing

e. Goddess will notify the Male if she determines this event is a breach in the contract as defined in Duration, Extensions and Terminations and Breach clause

8. Male, after clear warning, continues to verbally objects to or debate any decisions as it relates to the assignment of punishment

a. automatic forfeiture of orgasm for a minimum of 14 days (two weeks) from the time that the infraction occurred,

b. Male forfeits his right to terminate the contract on the next Contract End Date.

c. Goddess will notify the Male if she determines this event is a breach in the contract as defined in Duration, Extensions and Terminations and Breach clause

Goddess has the authority to amend any of the punishments and consequences listed above except as defined by the Goddess obligations.

VII. DURATION, EXTENSIONS, AND TERMINATIONS, BREACH

This contract will be binding from the moment that it is signed by the Male and will be valid for a period as defined below from the date of signing.

1) The original duration of this contract is for three months.

2) Additional time units may be added to this contract as defined in the PUNISHMENTS AND CONSEQUENCES section, in effect extending this contract duration.

3) Contract Duration and contract end-date must be tracked and specified in the contract duration log. For example, if the original contract was a three months, but an additional month was added during the period for punishment, the existing contract duration would be four months.

4) This contract will automatically renew for a period that is equal to that of the contract duration in effect at contracts end date, and documented on the contract duration log. For example, if the original contract was for three months, and an additional month was added during the period for punishment for a total period of four months, the renewal contract duration would be four months.

5) The Male may only terminate this contract on the contract end date. This is the only day that the Male may request termination of the contract. If the Male does not make such a request by midnight during that day, the contract will automatically renew for a period that is equal that of the existing contract period as defined in the contract duration log. For example, if the original contract was a single month, but an additional month was added during the period for punishment for a total period of two months, then failure to cancel the place the new contract in effect for a duration of two months.

6) If the Male has lost his right of contract termination during contract period ending, the Male is not able to terminate the contract during this period, and the contract will automatically renew for a period that is equal that of the contact duration in effect at the contract end date, and documented on the contract duration log.

7) If the Male is under a forfeiture of orgasm penalty, the contract will continue until the forfeit period is over. The contract end date and duration will be extended until that time

8) If the Goddess is unable or unwilling to continue the maintenance of the Male, this contract may be either terminated by her without notice at any time

9) If the relationship between the Male and the Goddess is cleared or terminated, this contract will also be terminated. <BR style="mso-special-character: line-break"><BR style="mso-special-character: line-break">

10) Upon termination of this contract, arrangement will be made for the removal of the chastity device

11) If Goddess determines that there has been a breach in the contract terms (i.e. by stopping compliance with any of its terms), Goddess is no longer bound by any of the Goddess obligations or exclusions during contract breach duration, and may use whatever means she deems necessary to enforce compliance, including but not limited to leveraging of a third party for Goddess storage services and punishment.

VIII Health:

The Male will be released for Health reasons as defined in this clause

1. Male will be released from the chastity device for cleaning at Goddess discretions, once every 3 to 5 days

2. The Male will be released from the chastity device if it becomes obvious that wearing the chastity belt makes serious problems on the health of the Male. The Goddess will make this determination. It is the responsibility of the Male to bring any issues to the Goddess for examination.

3. If for any reason the said Male has not had an erection within 7 days, then for health reasons the Goddess will permit the Male, under Goddess’s direction, to maintain an erection for at least 10 minutes.

4. If for any reason the said Male has not released by 30 days, then for health reasons said Male will either be permitted release as by the Goddess direction or be 'milked' via the prostate.

5. Male will be released for any and all Dr. apt to comply with Goddess’s obligation not to disclose the chastity agreement. Release will be made at least 24 hours prior to the Dr. Apt to ensure any physical marks made by the Chastity device are removed.

IX Reward:

Upon completion of this contract

1. Male must be released from the chastity device

2. Male will receive oral sex from a 3rd party female of Goddess' choosing

X Exclusions:

The Male must be released from the chastity device under these exclusions

1. Air Travel

2. Friend or family visits

3. Any other event that would require Goddess to abide by Goddess' obligations

During any of these exclusion periods, the following rules are in effect

1. The contract duration will be extended by the number of days released and the contract end date will be postponed by the same number of days. For example, if the exception release is 10 days, the contract is scheduled to end on the 1[sup]st[/sup], and the contract duration is 31 days, then the new end date will be the 11[sup]th[/sup], and the new contract duration will be 41 days.

2. All orgasms forfeiture times as defined in the punishment clause will reset at the end of the exception period. For example, if the Male has served 7 days of a 14 day orgasm forfeiture, and is released under these conditions, the Male must serve the 14 days again once re-locked in the chastity device.

XII. Consent:

Defined Relationship in Marriage Contract


This contract is provided as a secure and binding agreement that defines in specific terms the relationship and roles of two married individuals, hereafter termed the slave and the Mistress. Section two: The Mistress's Role

This contract may not be altered, except when both Mistress and slave agree.

Section Four: Termination of Contract
This contract is in effect until ____________. This contract may only be terminated for breach of contract wherein the slave refuses to continue as slave for a protracted period as determined by the Mistress.

Security: In order to insure continued compliance by the Slave, the mistress may keep such photos, videos, documents and other records which she may release at her discretion to the workplace, on the internet, to family and friends only if the slave refuses to carry out his responsibilities (a breach of contract) under this contract while she has carried our her responsibilities in full faith. All copies of said photos and documents will be turned over to the slave upon successful completion of the contract period. Slave understands that breach of contract may lead to social humiliation and possibly job loss.


Section Five: Code of Conduct
1. Obedience is required. When an instruction is given, it is not the time to negotiate. Discussion will be allowed later if needed. Hesitation to follow instruction will be met with punishment.
2. The slave agrees to obey his Mistress in all respects. his mind, body, heart and time belong to Her. The slave accepts the responsibility of using her safe word when necessary, and trusts implicitly in his Mistress to respect the use of that safe word. If a condition arises in which the slave needs to use the safe word or gesture, his Mistress will assess the situation, and determine an appropriate course of action.
3. The slave shall keep his body available for the use of his Mistress at all times. In addition, the slave agrees that his Mistress possesses the right to determine whether others can use his body and what use they may put it to. The slave acknowledges that his Mistress may use his body or mind in any manner She wishes within the parameters of safety. She may hurt him without reason.

4. The slave will answer any questions put to him honestly and directly, and will volunteer any information his Mistress should know about his physical or emotional condition. While his Mistress expects Her slave to speak honestly and forth rightly about anything that bothers him, he is not to interpret that as permission to whine or complain. he will phrase his concerns politely and respectfully, and then gracefully accept his Mistress's judgment in these matters without further complaint.
5. No part of their agreement while slave is performing his responsibilities is intended to interfere with the slave's career. The Mistress wishes the slave to work hard and honestly, in general to conduct himself in a manner calculated to bring honor and respect to them both. During periods of work, the slave is permitted to schedule appointments, to dress in a manner appropriate to work, and to leave the house when necessary.
6. A chastity device is to be worn at all times unless circumstances as determined by the Mistress require otherwise.
7. A period of reflection is required when the slave returns home from work. This is to be done on his knees last for a period of at least 5 minutes. This is to remind the slave of his inferiority.
8. Clothing and other adornments will be selected and/or approved by the Mistress.
9. Respect of the Mistress’s friends and associates is required.
10. There is to be a discussion time regarding the relationship any time the slave or Mistress feels it is necessary, except during a session, or while being given an order. A request for discussion will assure one, within one day at both the Mistress’s and slave's convenience.
11. A safeword “RED LIGHT” will always be honored in this relationship and no circumstances negative or otherwise will occur upon the use of this safeword. The use of the safeword during punishment may cause the punishment to start over at a later date.

12. The slave will always use “please” and “thank you”, especially when being punished.

Section Six: Marriage, sex, and punishment:
We agree that our relationship will always come first in our lives. We will not put work, other relationships, or other outside interests before the relationship/marriage. We agree to always be honest with each other in all things including feelings, thoughts and actions. We agree that the slave shall remain monogamous unless otherwise directed by mistress while the mistress may engage in safe extramarital sex if she chooses. Slave understands that he may never be allowed an orgasm or sex with Mistress. The slave agrees to accept any punishment or discipline the Mistress decides to inflict, whether earned or not.<br style="">

Section Seven: Hard Limits
The following is a list of hard limits both Mistress and slave agree upon. This section may be added to or subtracted from upon the agreement of both Mistress and slave.

No acts involving children or animals.
No acts that would leave permanent damage or markings unless agreed upon by the slave.

Section Eight : Slave's Signature
I have read and fully understand this contract in its entirety. I understand that henceforth I am the property of Mistress and hereby relinquish my freedom, I understand I will be used, trained to truly understand my inferior status and punished as a slave, and I promise to be obedient and to fulfill the pleasures and desires of my Mistress to the best of my abilities.
