Tips for sleeping through the night

    Hello!

    I am 18 and have been trying cages for a bit now. I have tried a good number of cages and rings, found numerous that feel absolutely fine and comfortable throughout the day, no chafing, nothing.

    However, I just can't sleep in a cage properly, at all. I wake up every couple of hours, just due to the fact I'm getting erect. I have tried cages that are precisely my flaccid size & also cages that are slightly smaller.

    The longest I've managed to stick with it is 7 days, I used a belt/strap to hold it in place, but it did not seem to get better at all.

    Are there any tips to "bypass" these nightly erections, a way to not wake up as often to them? Does this really lessen the longer you wear the cage?

    In my case it was just powering through it. Peeing before bed and in middle night helped alot first. Well fitting steel cages seemed to be way better then resin or plastic ones in my case. I'm not sure there is a magic button for it.

    They don't stop happening. You just have to get used to them and once you do you'll get through the nights better.

    You just have to hang in there and ride it out, your body will get used to it and adapt to the new restrictions. It just takes time I’m afraid.

    Being 18 years old I imagine doesn’t help this issue as your cock is probably wanting to be hard more often than not.
    You still have a long way to go.
    Nighttime erections still happen to me. It’s mostly the type of erection that is inside your body though as the cage contains it and it has no where to go.
    It sometimes wakes me and peeing helps.
    What is really difficult is sleeping with a spiked cage

    Good Luck! When I was 18, my cock would ripped any cage off and thrown it aside in the pursuit of coming in any way possible! Several decades later, I am locked 24/7 and while sleep erections are still a challenge at times it works. A little lube, pee when you wake up, and a warm bed (causes things to relax) and perseverance will get you through! A good fitting cage helps a lot. I am in a MCN Contender that I have worked on to get an almost perfect fit!

    I slept with an ice bag next to the bed for more than a month while I adapted. I'd wake up, ice it down, go back to sleep in about 15 minutes. Just don't fall asleep with the ice in place.

    I still wake up in the morning really tight. Honestly, sleeping uncaged is way more uncomfortable at this point. That, and the last time I slept uncaged I had to change the sheets in the morning.

    Been in cages for a long time (first one bought in 2005)

    Still problematic and I am 58 yrs old, though not as bad as when I started, hard to say if its age or I have gotten used it probably combination of both.

    I don't think id recommend this to a 18 year old but i take a very low dose of cyproterone acetate when they become too very bothersom, then I dont get any wakenings at night at all. And the dick still works normally when I need it too (at my age I usually take some cialis to help things along) and I get to keep my REM sleep which is when you generally get hard. Lack of REM sleep can really fuck you up.

    Right now I wake up at 4AM hard, then 6AM then sort of constantly hard during REM sleep till I get up. So Ill take a few of those pills over a few days and they will go away again for a month or so before they start coming back again and the cycle restarts. I only take enough for this purpose which is usually one every 2 or three weeks. I wont take any till they become bothersome and it takes about 4-7 days before they stop again.

    If you take 2 per day like the label says you will chemically castrate yourself which i have also done and it wasn't particularly pleasant but at least reversible lol.

    This is true, for that to happen you need to be taking 100-200mg per day, I am talking maybe 50 - 100 mg every 4 - 6 weeks, and strangely it lasts that long. For younger people you probably have to take a little more, but i simply regulate it by taking one 50mg tablet waiting for 4 days, if they haven't started subsiding i may take another, 2 is always enough for me. Then I dont take any until they become bothersome again usually 4-6 weeks later. The endocrine system is so like a flywheel, it takes ages to change.

    Not sure why such a low dose eliminates morning erections but it works for me, as I say I wouldn't recommend it to a 18 year old, but if you have had your kids and night time woodies are still bothering you, makes the whole chastity thing a lot more bearable, I found the night time hardons are the "hardest" forgive the pun to get used to. Also I say so with the following caveat, this works for me it may not work for others, just sharing something that seems to make chastity more doable. Doing without REM sleep is not fun.

    I have been using this for years now, no breast growth, no other side effects that I can identify.

    Thanks for sharing, seems rather interesting. I participate in low-level amateur powerlifting competitions, I doubt this wouldn't have notable effects on strength in general, or am i wrong? It is also plausible it'd show up in their screenings, so it's probably not possible for me. However, it is a very intriguing solution. Thank you!

    I have been interested in chastity cages for years now, it always seemed like something I would like to try and something I have always searched for eventually. When I tried it for the first time with my at-the-time girlfriend, I knew it is something I would like to pursue full time. Which is sadly hard to do, as waking up 10 times a night is not doable long term.

    Well I think the solution is, to lift, lift, lift weights. Become massive, jerk, fuck and lick every time possible. Well this is what I did all the time in this age.

    Why do you wear cages? The look?

    Doubt you should consider my suggestion if your doing weights, clearly my suggestion does something to the levels of testosterone in my blood in the morning. If you are doing that sort of training you would want to have all of your natural T firing.

    1) Deal with it. Keep going instead of giving up. You'll learn different sleep positions or get tired enough.
    2) Workout more. Be so tired when you hit the pillow that your boner doesn't wake you up. bonus for staying fitter than other losers your age.
    3) Deal with it. Toughen up butter cup. You wanted this; you can sleep with this.
    4) avoid alcohol before bed.
    5) eat nothing 4 hours before bed
    6) avoid screens before bed; read a book by candlelight instead
    7) drink lots of water.

    My erection attempts fade back to almost nothing around the 2 month mark.
    I'm sure it's different for everyone.
    Maybe you are doing sporadic lockings with unfettered erections in between?

    Have the same problem as you only way to get a relief for me to get out of bed to the toilet. Have been considering a belt since the tightness will not be on the ball sack maybe less likely to wake up. Those wake-ups is the only problem keeps me away from chastity.
