    i cant seem to use the chatroom right, when i goes in, there aint no one there and if i writes something in the box, nobody says anything. i must be doing something wrong, i cant seem to chat to anyone.

    i do not think i have had any problems in using it, but it is always empty.

    I have chatted to a couple of people in the chatroom, but very few people seem to use it

    The chatroom this time last year was always busy.
    I would look forward to around 9pm.
    There was a list at the bottom of the page of who was in.
    I have looked in a few times over the last few weeks.
    Empty what a shame, I do hope it picks up.

    I have noticed that if the room looks empty, if someone starts to chat, then their name suddenly shows up in the list. I always type hello and see if I get a response...

    I've had no issues using the chartroom other than it being empty most of the time.

    I normally use Internet Explorer as my browser, and it invariably shows the chat room to be empty. However when I use Google Chrome I see there are members chatting away, has anyone else encountered ths problem?

    Maybe a couple of the folks who are interested in chatting could agree on a date and time to meet in the chatroom to test it out.

    One advantage of our last chat facility here was that it allowed us to see if anyone was using it. Ie the number of people using it at any given time the chartroom was clearly displayed wherever you were on the site.

    The chatroom was busy from about 9pm until after midnight .
    It would be nice if that was regular occurrence.
    The good old days LOL

    I use and iPad and experience exactly the same thing with safari.

    It has been working for me. Like others have said, no one is there at times. But it does work.
