    With Friday night, Saturday & Sunday im quite pleased my weekend's work in the Ti Workshop and thought I would share an image, all require proper finishing following assembly. Low volume batch production with Two for stock.

    Yes the bottom one is sized to your exact dimensions and is the one you will receive , the top 3 are made, One is allocated to a build and the other 2 are stock items but after tonight could be allocated to builds !!!

    One thing Ive always struggled with due to the nature of the material is forming it, commercially available equipment simply didn't "cut the mustard" so in an attempt to reduce build times I designed and made my own incorporating an adjustable former to match different sized Dollies. 412DF8A5-4317-4B78-ABE1-441A2BF49480.JPG

    Thank you all for your kind comments Im probably revealing too much info here but so far ive not seen anyone else wanting to enter the Ti market !!! @hubsub true to your skill in making your own sizing tubes in Aluminium I figured if anyone knew what it was you would !!! @Jasmic68 Dollies are the former's ie lumps of metal that you form the piece around..
