    Where to buy one with decent price? I found the cheapest online is $70. I want in $30-range. This chain is used to connect thigh bands to restrict stride. Please give me some suggestion.

    Hmmm, not sure what exactly you are looking for ... my connecting chains are from a DIY-store ... less than a fiver plus a bolt cutter ...

    Hardware store. Sell chain by the foot.
