    If he's had no sex with an F for 4+ years then he's not going to be needing it now. But I'm a bit surprised you use a KTB - simply because nearly everyone else I've come across here uses some other type. I'd never thought it was fit for long-term continuous wear. Plainly I was wrong!!. The favourite steel CBs here for this seem to be MM or Lori, or perhaps full steel belts like Neosteel.

    I have found the KTB fine for long-term wear. he had a rough beginning but adjusted when he realized it was not coming off. Every now and then I go back to his old CB-3000 for a few days, but then back to the KTB.

    I do monitor his penis very closely. It has never bled. There are impressions and a great deal of sensitivity where the pins dig in. The impressions fade shortly after the attempt to erect stops. It's nothing he can't handle (even though he tried to convince me otherwise).

    Oddly, he told me recently that he just doesn't feel right when he is not wearing it. he has come to appreciate the constant feeling of a symbol of my authority. That made me feel very good (very hot, actually).

    Well, as I say, if it ain't broke don't fix it!

    And the KTB has got to leave a lot of room for things to do with the berries..LOL.

    There are others similar as well, or you can hang a padlock on them, maybe two, splitting them, on on each depending how he's hung down there...

    O yes. I don't think you can get Ralgex in USA but I hear bengay/Icyhot are nearly as good......
