Having tried everything on the list, body cream works for me the best. I use coconut cream which keeps the area smooth all day long.
I use coconut oil on my cock to assist in sliding it into the cage and a dab of vaseline on the bottom of the ring.
just a little under the balls at the ring and sometimes inside the cage so the cock can move a little inside
Vitamin e oil on the shaft only since I'm in a cb 6000s, so I need to be able to slide around to pee. Other than that I've gotten to the point of no lube unless I have some burn going on, in which case I use A+D or Vaseline at the burning area.
I used to use moisturizer but I no longer need to use any. I guess I have fully adjusted to wearing my cage.
I switched to using chamois cream after reading how cyclists use it to prevent saddle sores and it certainly works well for me nice and easy to apply, smells nice and stays where you put it.
A little lotion to help slide the cage on, nothing onn the ring. If I start to get a little ball burn, I'll dab a little aquaphor on the skin under the base of the ring. Keeping that area lubed I learned let's the ring slide around too much. I've got to a point I can put it on, and wear it up to 3 weeks at a time, not applying lube, or anything..and not get any discomfort, and I really don't have to mess with it much. I like for it to sit firmly against my pelvis, I hate when it pulls away a little. So, dry seems to work best.
Probably you might want to have a smaller gap. In my experience, if a ball can escape, it eventually will. especially when it is cold outside. Yes, its painful. So I decided to have a smaller gap, which will not allow a ball to squeeze regardless of lubrication.
I don’t lube the cage at all, I just use moisturiser on the balls daily. It keeps things soft and supple and helps reduce dryness and irritation.
I use a cream i buy in Spain called S,nonas its fanatastic and brilliant for lubricating and remains as a lubricant for several days. God knows what its intended purpose is as hand cream as it never dried in. If i couldnt get it id probably use vasaline as normal hand cream dries and disappears. If as a previous poster has said his balls slip through, that can be painful, i would suggest a smaller ring and more lubrication, my balls vary in size without cuming so i modify the ring size sometimes, ive just to ask for the key to do so.
A product called Chamois Butt'r Coconut that includes Coconut Oil, shea butter, Vitamins A & E, aloe vera, and tea tree oil. Works amazingly well. Lasts a long time. I've also used the product they make for women that substitutes Lavender oil for coconut oil. It works extremely well also. I never have a problem even with a hinged base ring.
Sudocreme here in the UK for me. More commonly used for nappy rash. Just achieved my first full weekend end lock up, and now only need a little dap at the bottom of the ring (still got a scar from where a hinged ring damaged me at the start of my first Locktober!).
