I am also very small and always seem to slip out. What type of device is that, may i ask?

I think if you are allmost an innie that is the basic reason why a ball trap device is not going to work .

I am not sure what to advise apart from a full belt device.

A PA of a reasonable size, I would say no less than 5mm to prevent the cheese cutter effect used with a chastity device designed with such a feature would work.

5mm is far from huge and easily achievable !! ive been up to 10 mm easily but have settled on 8mm for my home made Ti-600

Also your ideas of joining two rings nice idea try it and see if the slightest hint of an erection has any other effects other than intense pain
Giant PA piercing in very small guys . Sorry just won't happen . You just don't have the anatomy to work with . Even with a tiny cage as you shrink it will just cause the piercing to migrate.

Guys with PAs bigger than 5mm are quite rare . Unless you have just the right anatomy getting a PA deep enough can be next to impossible.

amazon has hundreds, there is a series call attica, look at them. hub is small and in the attica 3, which is about an inch and a half long and a little over an inch wide. but they do make smaller. take a look.

 

Thank you so much for your advice. Actually the ring in the penis is not one i would have, just the two on the scrotum. Therefore an erection would not cause any pain to my little penis. However we could adjust the size of the chain so that it prevents all but the very tip of my little penis from being seen. That is the main objective of my Wife and the other Ladies...they simply don't want to see it while i serve them.
