    I was thinking about getting a Holy Trainer but I like the clanging. It reminds me that I am locked up and it makes me happy. It is also a little naughty and that is also good.

    Every year, in September, my wife an I make the trip to Lincoln, New Hampshire for the Highland Games. Since we are of Scottish descent, we dress the part, as do many of the folks who attend. For me, that means means a kilt, and a true scot wears nothing under it. Except in my case, I'm wearing a cage. In my head, the jingle jangle sounds like the bell on a fire truck and I'm nervous that somebody will hear it and know my secret. Truth is nobody noticed. Two or three women heard the noise and looked around curiously. Only one woman heard it and smiled knowingly, and that was probably my imagination.

    I have to admit it would be interesting to bump into like minded people by accident, just because someone recognised the noise of a clanging padlock.

    I wear fairly tight briefs, so I haven't really noticed any issues. I carry many interesting things so I tend to jingle anyway, If someone knew what that noise was, I doubt they would say anything.

    We use a Torx bolt and lock the torx allen in the safe. This is much more discrete than a padlock and without the security allen almost impossible to remove.

    To deaden the sound in public I added four rubber grommets on either side of the locking hole prior to closing the lock. They keep the lock from swinging and clicking against the cage.

    I have a Holy Trainer and really miss my jangle. I am looking forward to getting a metal device from Steelworxx next year, so the jangle will be back! I did have to be careful at work though as I worked with children, but my Mistress has encouraged me to quit and now I stay at home, look after our house, son and puppy and cook her nice dinners. The only reason to go back to work now is all the kit I want is going to cost some serious money.

    I have been thinking of something similar to do away with the ugly bulge of the padlock. Great idea
