I can now pee standing without making a mess on my self. The opening does allow me to squeeze through slightly when it gets tight but does not rub or cause any sores. My wife actually enjoys the enlarged opening, because when teasing she rubs her finger yup and down the slot edging while keeping me locked up her to her orgasms.

How is it cheating when because of your job it is nearly impossible to go to work caged. Now after the modification I can work wearing cage without the issue of the bar splitting the steam causing it to look like you had an accident in your pants. I believe it to be a design improvement
If it allowed you to escape or made the cage too comfortable, then it could be cheating, but what you did makes it possible to remain caged in a public setting: hardly cheating in my book.

???How in any way is this cheating??? He is still locked. He simply made his cage more functional for everyday use. Peeing on yourself isn't exactly cool. I have modified every cage I ever owned and been doing it for years. I agree about the escaping part but it's just a simple modification that in no way allows escape. As for the more comfortable part I disagree. Comfort is priority one when wearing a cage 24/7. Why would anyone want to be in total discomfort especially during long term lockups. We sometimes go for 6 months plus or minus without being unlocked depending her desires. I couldn't and wouldn't do that in discomfort. I am in enough sexual agony. No need for physical agony too.
Sorry if I misspoke or my "comfort" comment came across wrong. I am not advocating pain or something along that line. I was intending to say making it so non-functional and comfortable so as not to realize you are locked up and defeating the purpose of chastity, that would be cheating. As you note, with wearing something for long periods of time a modicum of comfort or wearability is necessary.
