I ordered the short cage with no touch and a 56mm flat ring in purple. It fits pretty good and I was able to wear it 12 hours yesterday, which is a fairly long time for me. It was rubbing a little so I thought I would try sanding it slightly. Went to the ACE hardware and bought a single sheet of sand paper. While checking out the cashier asked what I was planning on using it for. I told her it was for a project I was working on. I laughed out loud in the parking lot thinking about her reaction if I told her the real reason.
Once it is sanded you should be able to wear it for days. Don't rush into it though, it takes a while for your scrotum to get used to a cage.
