One of my little testicals seems to escape from my ring lately how do I stop this. I have tried a tighter ring but that just turns them blue what else can I do any advise please thank u
i have that issue. what worked best for me was using the cherry keeper. They have ring sizes in between the standard's sold online. also you can get the cage attachment angled so it reduces the gap between cage and ring. good luck.
tighter is not always better, I'd say its the gap between the base ring and the tube/cage part is too wide, you can have a very large base ring with a tight gap and the balls just will not slip through, but I dont recommend an oversized base ring as they are uncomfortable, just making the point about gap size
I am in an inverted device that is connected to a snug waist belt that keeps everything very close to my body. I never have any parts escaping. Additionally, it is very comfortable and totally secure.

i use a heavy metal cock ring behind the base ring, so sort of a double ring and that stops the escape for me.. currently at day 108 and totally comfortable.
