Yea, I noticed the site went down recently and has not come back up... you can try emailing 'them' and see if it get's bounced back or if they are keeping up with anything... I think they are at the end of an era with less expensive options out there that are a LOT easier to get and a LOT quicker than waiting months on end... You may be SOL, or, they just might be having technology issues!
I did receive the device and I love it. It is a bit narrow for me so i have reached back out to see if they can make me a wider tube. we will see. Either way i like what i got - very nice cage.
I have been locked 120 hours now mistress promised that I would be released at 120 hours and she unlocked the for the daily clean and said she wants to keep me locked because I am not doing my chores to her satisfaction not fair
