    We call it our "CB Lock" as in Cock & Ball Lock. That seems to best represent the main function of the device..

    The idea of calling his cock cage "Tinkerbell" amuses me to no end.
    @NakedKnight and I call it a cage but generally refer to it as being locked up or unlocked.

    Well I think mine has always been called a cage. If you want something more inventive you could call it your codpiece.
