    I do try to be helpful but obviously my wife has used the term occasionally to describe my behaviour and it seems to have just stuck!. lol where does Active Prof originate? (clever)?

    Well that explains it :-). I'm currently living in Cardiff, but will be moving to London in a few weeks.
