Spiked Steel/Metal Cages?

    I'm wondering if there is a device similar to the Birdlocked Pico, but built from steel or metal instead of silicone? Or really any kind of spiked chastity cage out of those materials?

    The only one I could find so far is one simply called "The Spike Cage." But the reviews I read about it suggest that it's unusually large. I'm searching for something like that but with an average size.

    Gerecke offers it as an option for their cages, and Steelwerks Extreme has a range of cages with spikes in different positions.

    In terms of the mass-produced/Chinese cages, most offer a spike ring similar in concept to the Points of Intrigue for the CB-X series of cages. I'm not sure if I'd trust one that deliberately had spikes, especially near the glans, considering the various dodgy welds I've had on various cages I've bought (especially considering you don't know which actual metal they're using).

    There is also someone on the forums here making/customising a device they call "The Iron Maiden" which has spikes throughout.
