    Hello everybody.

    Here in Germany we got a new law improvement. Ist about Rape. Now ist possible that a women that had sex yaes bevor with a man can say that it was rape and she dont has to prove it.
    So with this Instrument a women can force a man to everything she wants.

    Maybe even wearing Chastity belts

    the idea of the law was to protect the women thats right, but ist useless, because in the case of cologne it wont work because 1:
    if you say no to a Person that dont speaks your langugage it wont help and 2: the rapers in cologne were mostly refugees ( one of them went to italy ...) so there is no help in such situations. Ist only another a law for the domestic Population...

    In general ... 'yes' means 'yes'... anything else means no. If you don't understand than it is no. There are some parts of these sorts of laws I question. Things like the consequences of being drunk and / or consent given ahead of time to have sex with a sleeping partner.

    Germany amazingly has been behind in this area. And I think France are still yet to pass this law.

    the proble is that there will be much abus of this law . Innocent People will go to jail only because a women can blame a man without proofs

    No legal system sends people to jail without a trial and evidence.

    Countries are moving from "No means No" laws to "yes means yes" laws. And Germany and France are playing catch up.
    With "no means no" 50% of rape cases with enough evidence to brought to trial get acquitted. Compared to 10% of other crimes.
    Cases without sufficient evidence dont go to court.

    It sounds like Germany should leave the EU and apply to join the UK. ;)

    Why not creating a "mutual consent app". Both partners can say "Yes" via bluetooth. Including terms and conditions (e.g. payment if needed), safe storage in a cloud, a gallery of ex partners (with online rating system), a preferences match function, emergency call, commercials of sex toys, lawyers and insurances and and and.
    But sadly this would not work between Apple ,Android and Win smartphones. No consensual sex if your technics dont match. Sad.

    This is only a joke, but I promise: a lot of people would be dumb enough to love a app like this!

    I understand your opinion that this law increases womens rights, this can only be a good thing. To let less guilt men go free can only have side effect of more innocent men being convicted. Its a fine balance.

    If a person is falsley accused it ruins his life, and also that of his daughter, mother, wife (if 3rd party accuser), sister.

    To conclude, im all for female supremacy but I am against false accusations, this can only lead to less real victims being believed.

    (Maybes the threat could be used in a role play situation or fantasy blackmail but thats as far as I think it should go)
