    I recently had a somewhat embarrassing incident where one of my testicles slipped out of the ring of my chastity cage. My wife was quick to take advantage of the opportunity and secure me in place using the smallest ring (1.57 inch/40 mm) and tube (1.18 inch / 30mm) from the set she ordered.

    She's still concerned that it may be too big for my undersized anatomy, so she is going to see whether a more permanent solution is necessary.

    I can't believe how tiny my penis looks in the new cage (1.18 inch / 30mm and) - it's so humiliating! I asked her to reconsider and use the old one (1.77 inch / 45 mm), but she said it's just too cute in the new cage and she likes the way it looks.

    Maybe it’s just the ball gap is too big. I had that problem now just have a 10mm ball gap and no more escapes

    I do find the ball gap is very important. at least for me.
    It keeps the balls from pulling out. and it dont take much from one size to the next if they do

    Good luck with the slippery testicle. I had to play around with different cage and ring sizes to get a smaller gap, which worked. Still it will slip out now and then. As far as you wearing a smaller cage and ring, if you are caged then it doesn't matter if it looks small or not, it is under control.

    That was her thinking too. so she wants me to try the smaller ring, but I tried to talk her out of the smaller cage. But she pointed out not only is the cage smaller, but the prongs the connect to the ring are shorter, giving it a smaller gap. I lost the battle.

    Yes if I'm locked it doesn't matter, but the cage is only big enough for the head of my penis. the rest of it is kind of bunch up like slinky and held tight to my body. it looks so pathetic.

    Keep your ring and ball gap as small as you can, it will keep everything nice and secure, had it happen to me one day when I was at work, made for a very uncomfortable 4 hours till I finished!

    Back when I had testicles, I had a hard time getting rings to stay in place. With the Holy Trainer we started with, it was an ovals shapes ring that I think was around 40 mm on the narrow dimension. That damned thing would let me balls slip out constantly. When we went to a custom device by Mature Metal, things got better. My testicles were always small and rode "high and tight". I think we went with something like a 32 mm ring that was round rather than oval. That helped quite a bit. I still had the occasional ball pop out, but not nearly as often as with the Holy Trainer.

    Maybe see if your device's manufacturer offers different sized rings. I think Mature Metal sold a pack of sizing rings that you could use to figure out what size ring you needed before having a device made.

    Ball slippage between the ring and cage is related to the ball gap a very overlooked measurement that IMO is one of the most important but its hard to measure and most off the shelf cages have no way to adjust it other than changing ring size. If you are wearing a 40mm ring now and having no issues that probably the right size for you. I agree with madams-sissysub you want the ring and ball gap as small as you can get while still comfortable and not causing issues.

    Same here! But this problem has been solved since changing to a smaller cage with a 40mm base ring. Now everything feels very snug, again.

    Hi everyone!

    The change happened this past Sunday morning and my wife is very happy with the result. Since then, I've been locked in this new nub sized cage with the smaller ring and haven't had any issues with slipping or discomfort. My mistress is very pleased with the small and humiliatingly adorable appearance of my bits and we look forward to keeping this cage and ring in going forward.

    Hi

    I was really hoping that my wife would change her mind and let me out of this tiny cage, but she just keeps reminding me of how much she loves the way I look inside of it. She says I'm so cute and pathetic and she can't imagine ever going back to the old cage.

    What have I done?

    My mistress just got me a new cage it is almost flat. the gap between the cage part and the ring is small no popping or nut out. With me it was the left nut

    I have had that same issue with my left testicle for years and always wear the 40mm ring now. That was until I advanced to the full belt!!
