Has anyone experienced dull pain in their side after a period of being in chastity? For me the pain is a dull sensation, that occurs around my right “love handle” and runs up my right flank to just below my rib cage.

It typically shows up after 2 weeks. Today is 3 weeks since my last release, which is quite long for me. I was going to volunteer for a month, since I’ve been underperforming lately with tasks/obedience for my wife/M., though I’m worried if I should given the dull sensation/low pain. I’ve had it a couple times before after doing 2 weeks, and it seems to subside after getting a release.

Note - I’m currently on honor system so there is no device (or device related factors). Teasing has been minimal.

I looked around on the no fap groups to see if anyone in that world has described what I’m feeling, but didn’t see anything (although many seemed to complain about blue balls and other odd head and body pains).

Sounds like an unrelated problem to me.

    Which side?

Sounds like a visit to your doctor is in order, like right now.

Can't see how there can be a connection. What kind of pain? Ongoing or sudden onset? Muscular or nervous? Really, you ought to consult your doctor. Good luck

I had that too. I think it was from your balls being stretched out by the device when they are trying to retract back into your body.

Take it off for a bit.

    Could be epididymo-orchitis.

Or, appendicitis since it is on the right side.

Time to get checked out, especially if it persists.

Thanks for the advice everyone, it was helpful. My wife agreed for me to have a release last Thurs. night (I wrote this post earlier that day), to see if anything would change with my pain. The following day I still had a sensation of minor pains in my right side (if you drew a triangle between my pelvic bone, below the rib cage, and love handle, that would be the area of discomfort). So, the one release didn’t super change things. I called my doctor and made an appt. for Tuesday.

On Sat my wife wanted penetration and threw me down on the bed, so I obliged and after she was done I came too. So this was a second release (2 days after the first one in 3 weeks). The pain in my side did gradually ease from Sat eve to Monday, and by Tuesday it was 95% gone (just a tiny hint of soreness).

I went to the doctors anyway, he analyzed urine and didn’t find anything. He said I could have had a small kidney stone or “gravel” that passed, or a minor appendix inflammation that resolved on its own. I asked if the prostate could have caused what I had felt and he said no (I didn’t say anything about having limited ejaculations up until the pain started). He said if it comes back call and request an immediate appt. so he could do more evaluation and perhaps testing. I did say that I didn’t have any urethral pain so If a kidney stone passed I wouldn’t have known (I never really got those but maybe they are starting at mid-age?)

Anyway, it was a relief that the pains subsided, but I won’t be surprised if/when they return. Apparently, the pain slowly going away after my releases was just a coincidence? I guess based on the doctor’s assertion that my prostate, testicles, or groin area (generally) were not likely connected to what I was feeling - as well as no one here having experienced chastity-related right side pain - means I can safely stay in chastity, without any medical excuses....

Wow, that’s big ! How many times did you have to pee in a glass before finally seeing it come out?
