Welcome to the Mansion. We had the same issues with cage fitting and recently received a custom Jailbird from Mature Metal. Definitely worth it. It is beautiful and fits perfectly. My Wife(KH) has had me locked for 19 days now and it’s amazingly comfortable!
We looked at some 3D printed but we were really drawn to the metal cages and the Jailbird allows for easy cleaning i.e the cage doesn’t have to come off very often.
My chastity dynamic is one that will be a little more fluid. I will be removing it to clean every day. I have a potentially dangerous job so I will always have a key to remove it if need be and I have another partner that my Goddess allows me autonomy with. Outside of that dynamic, all access to her property will not be allowed without permission.
I have the evotion orion with titanium PA. Same colour and nearly same design as what’s in your avatar. I’m locked 24/7 and I find cleaning it just find in the shower. I shower twice a day. i prefer it to metal since I work in an airport environment and I fly a lot for work. I can pass through screening (X-ray and metal detectors) just find and don’t need to unlock while traveling. it’s also extremely comfortable and the best money we’ve spent.
I work flat out in the dirt, in deep ass holes in the ground. Plus with all manner of weather conditions throughout the year, thorough cleaning and manscaping upkeep will require daily attention.
Welcome! My advice for moving to 24/7 wear would be to take it slow and enjoy all the little milestones and changing relationship dynamics along the way. I remember fondly the excitement and anticipation of all those "firsts". As far as the dangerous and dirty work, an open design like a MM jailbird really doesn't 'need' to be removed even if you're covered in mud and sweat (been there). Likewise manscaping is challenging in the cage, but entirely possible. Having said all that, it's whatever works for you and your KH, and I hope your journey is fun and rewarding.
