Suggestions for not getting rubbed raw on the tip by your underwear? Happens with everything. Boxers, briefs, panties, doesn't matter. The worst is when a piece of fabric gets pinned between the head and the inside of the tube...and then gets pulled away. Ouch!
A pad or some soft tissue paper can help. It tends to be stable against the tip and then your panties will slide/rub against it. Microfiber panties are also a good choice, they are super soft and stretchy, so they don't tend to rub. Good luck
I have little experience, but want to help. Also using super thin pads. i put them in tight female pants, unfortunately you don't like underwear. luckily i never had problems with rubbing like you. i need the pads mostly to avoid wet spots in underwear and pants. works best when i am caged, without cage i have to make sure my penis is positioned correctly. overall i feel very safe and secure since i am using pads. they help with my problem. yours is different, but maybe pads gonna do the trick for you as well.

That’s unfortunate… sexy panties are a fetish for me and even when I have to wear boy short hipsters, I’m a little sad unless they have a cute pattern on them. Maybe change cages?
A little bit of toilet paper between cage and panties will pad it enough to protect glans that protrudes through bars. Or you can use a small piece of microfiber cloth
Actually, have your tried silk underwear? maybe something loose, like tap pants would be easier. that and loose fitting pants. my cage fits well enough that i don't have that issue, although i have some stretch lace panties that look gorgeous but are a bit scratchy to my sensitive areas after a while. guess those are designed for a quick show before being peeled off, lol.

yes they look nice but i dint like them on for a long day and after i only wored them for a little bit and had piccy tooked and once at a party as well.
I’m uncut and used to have the same problem. I now wear seamless underwear and we bought some small ladies cotton socks (the kind for wearing with trainers) that I wear over my balls and cage, protecting my foreskin, catching drips and keeping me warm and snug. And my wife loves choosing which colour for me to wear each morning!
Another vote for microfibre here, and briefs or thongs, anything with a pouch. I Carnt stand boxers any more they don’t hold you in potion and you end up having everything pulled to one side or the other. As amusing as it is to wear female underwear a lot of it isn’t supportive, although I find bikini bottoms quite comfortable.
