As for a history lesson, I don't think you have a clue! Forget about the Roman Empire...you only have to go back to 1930's & 1940's Germany to understand what governments are doing to their people under the guise of the scamdemic.

 

It occurs to me:
The Dominant sees CHAOS and wants to impose ORDER. (Not REAL order, I'm afraid, just impose AN order on the chaos. No insult, mind, schizophrenics can want the same thing... The order is just not functional to others. ;-) )
Now, the problem is, the ORDER imposer sees only hierarchy - cannot see the order in the cracks. (Ref: Chaos Theory.) But this also means, the Dominant will OBEY quite well, because "THE EXPERT" says {whatever.}

I recall the film Heartbreak Ridge. The XO knew EXACTLY what had to be done... In a different situation. The guys advancing under fire almost got killed because some sight-seeing REMF (Rear Echelon MF-er) with NO combat ability (or experience) was "degreed" and knew Logistics. (Spoiler alert, he went back to Logistics, on the spot, when the CO got the story.)

Here's something to consider: The Alpha Bitch (meaning, a whiny BITCH, male or female) is often NOT an Alpha in any sense, just a bossy, nasty, cantankerous person, who uses bluster, noise, and threats to gain compliance. Think of a bad cop giving a perp a wood shampoo...
The TRUE Alpha, dominant person, will establish the rules, work the group into a team, and everyone will be happy to go along (mostly, at least) because there's a vision, a plan, goals, and everyone sees it's going to be a better result than if they act, because the team members don't have a vision without that leader. (And Leader, not Manager.)

For further consideration, the Uncollared (Play on Unsullied) have had to learn to be at least somewhat dominant, OR they get damaged, or victimized, until they get one strong spine, or... Some die, or self-delete. The world is a harsh place with lots of predators, the False Alpha type I mentioned at first. And assholes. Not even Paper Tigers, just Assholes. (Thinking Cobra Kai types here.)

Paper Tigers are the type who work well as a team, then get promoted - and are tyrants.
They grovel before the higher-ups.


So compare the person who WANTS to submit, but has to bear the costs (One sub reported a broken neck as a result of a scene. From behind, the "Dominant" grabbed her hair and yanked - and broke her neck. then he went no-contact, and moved out of state before she even got out of the hospital.)
Submissives will get an IRON will many times. They then CHOOSE to submit, and they can just as easily withdraw that consent.
The false Alpha has gotten their way like a spoiled brat... and they aren't up to the realities of life, but THINK they are.
To belabor the point: As a NON military person, I have / had:
- 43 stitches
- 1 broken bone
- third degree burns
- ruptured testicle in an assault at school
- my mother is going blind, and has dementia - calls three times a day to talk, has NOTHING to day, she's using it as a way to keep her mind functional. Self-medicating. All she does is BITCH BITCH BITCH!!! Politics, her accounts, her helpers (e.g., accountant, lawyer, broker, etc.) Talk to her as infrequently as possible - HELL of a way for a son to behave, try to avoid talking to my mother... Emotionally abusive creature she is.
- The whole plandemic shit
- my job is on the line if I don't get "vaccinated." I was the sole income until recently. For 15 years, mostly (for a few months, the girlfriend kept food on the table, I'd lost my job. Credit where credit is due!)
- I earn over twice the median for the country. I have also had to go hungry and feed the car, or the family wouldn't eat.
- Bankruptcy, foreclosure, repossessions
- Legal problems, medical bills, family deaths, crazy girlfriend, crazy stepdaughter
- move once a year for 15 years (averaged)
- Work wants 16 hours a day, plus. And they're insane.

If I'm rough around the edges, some of that flesh is still a bit tender.
But I'm not an Alpha, right? (I'm not a sub, but not sure I'm a Dom, either.)

In less extreme terms, those who have been through problems on their own, aren't likely to listen to some REMF or ID10T - they already know more, and have lived more, than the Expert in the Ivory Tower (or Silo, in modern business terms). Can't afford to pay a mechanic, or a cleaning service, or a cook, or a personal assistant - you're doing it all yourself. You learn the skills: Change bulbs in the car, change the oil, rotate the tires, even tune the engine. Learn how to clean the tiles, repair the grout, lay the slates, mop and wax the tile or the brick or the Formica or the linoleum. Be the vet for the lizard, dog, cat, rabbit. Be Dr mom, and the maid, and the chef, and the handyman, and the chauffeur, and the chemist (slang term included).

And some "Mr. Black" is going to DEMAND obedience, get caught lying, and then say, "The science changed!" Repeat that for the morning news, the noon news, the evening news, the late night news - ALWAYS different "$CIENCE!!!" to spout.
Then you find out it's not the first time he's done this.
And he's profiting from it.
And so is the entire government.

The CONTEMPT is enough to make your skin crawl, and the inability to change minds, because of OBVIOUS propaganda...

“But there is a complete and total focus on people who don’t have COVID-19 and giving them a vaccine.”

McCollough said improving treatments for those who are sick with the Chinese Coronavirus has never been a priority for those in charge of public health because vaccines have been pushed from day one. He remembers how CVS pharmacies were advertising the vaccines even before they were fully authorized!

He also says those leading U.S. public health agencies are incompetent.

“So the treatment, inpatient and outpatient, of the biggest illness of our time, after two years, is an enigma.”

Have Brave New World! Haven't read it. Yet. But apprehensive about it. These things can take me down a rabbit hole for days I'm just not sure I'm ready to go down again. Lol oh tons of books. I am coming to the conclusion that the hard left is realizing their game may be over and they are now starting to hedge their bets. They are busy building their "escape narrative".

Let the rest of us understand: the enemy recognizing their own weakness and retreating is a good thing in warfare. IF this is correct, let's cheer them on to a shameful retreat. But know it's better than their (the left's) current scorched earth strategy.
