    Hi, have been wearing my CS 100 for over 48 hours now I’ve a little rubbing under the waistband and at the groin. How tight should the waistband be? I mean if it was looser or tighter would it rub less? Thanks I’m advance.

    Tighter will rub less. No movement - no chafing.
