A while ago I bought some lidocaine cream (Numb master, Amazon). Took M a while to try it out. For a while, it was a regular thing. Lidocaine is most effective when covered with an “occluding dressing” - that’s a condom for the penis. The technique is that M puts the cream on the head of my penis and then a condom over that and I’m left for 10 to 20 minutes. We learned if it goes too far down my shaft, I’m prone to loose my erection. I think this is some loss of feedback. Sometimes M does not remove the condom for PIV. I have little feeling of actual penetration. This is pretty hot for me. Penetration for her but not for me. Sometimes M does remove the condom. This feels close to normal, but just not as effective. However, M does not like the feeling of condoms and has not used this denial for a while. I’m rather mixed about this.
