As no-one else is actually explaining this, it's the phenomenon of seminal fluid beginning to drip from your penis after it has built up due to a period of chastity. This clear fluid, which is secreted by the seminal vesicles (I think I'm right in that), would be mixed with sperm from the testicles on orgasm to produce semen. On it's own, without an orgasm releasing the sperm to go with it, it's just clear fluid which finds its way out on buildup by dripping from your penis. Hence 'leaking' or a 'chastity tear'. Different men get this to a greater of lesser degree and actually, as a 63 yr old I never get this at all. For some young men, especially if aroused, it's like turning a tap on.

Mostly accurate but for me, it's not clear. It's milky white just like semen, but it happens without any stimulation, mostly when I have to pee and I stand up from sitting.
