Alright so did the ring measurement using a USB cord. Pulled straight it measures 8 inches converting that to millimeters comes out to 203.2 mm . Which doesn't narrow the search down.
I've set the filter to plan flat . no hooks or handles single.
It list one ring for at least a dozen or so sizes and degrees.

Any one who has this cage care to offer some help? Greatly appreciated

8" circumference is 2.5" diameter. Also about 65mm. That is quite big for a base ring measurement.

Honestly I'm not really sure what you asking?

That's what I can't figure. In a ht knock off 50mm is to big 45 Mm to small.
So how does it come up like that ?

Might end up doing rings to see what fits

I would say try a 52 or 53 mm base ring. I am in a 55 m. Right now but I feel like I can maybe drop down to a 53 mm. So I am going to order a metal cage with a shorter cage that is less than an 1” and a base ring at 53mm. I felel like that is going to be my perfect cage. We will see.

I have a HT knock off that the 50 is a to big and 45 to small
    Go figure.

    Thinking maybe 48

The question is 8 inches circumference diameter of 2.5 convert that to millimeters and your at 63.5 .!!! We'll call it 63 mm .
