When I'm not trying something "new", I unlock myself weekly on average just for hygiene. I may have to do it a bit more often as the weather gets warmer and summer approaches, because you gotta keep clean down there.

In our current situation, which seems to be the one we’ve settled upon that works for us, I’m locked all the time unless my wife has some need for my penis. I have imposed no rules or requirements of my KH, such as unlocking for hygiene. I have a spa which contains water, chlorine and sodium dichloro-s-triazinetrione (shock).
