Hi, I’ve previously thought that I couldn’t wear a chastity device with my varicosele but I’d really like to try for my Goddess if it’s possible. I’ve joined the site to see if anyone has any advice on the subject and for general discussion. Thanks.
I suppose it depends on the severity. I have the same problem with one testicle, and have been struggling with my cage. It seems that the enlarged side puts unwanted pressure on everything else, which in turn irritates my scrotum and penis. I may end up having minor surgery to correct things.
I am currently using a Mature Metal Jail Bird. I had to go with a custom made device to get my large testicle through the base ring. I’ve also had some adjustments made to the cage, including shortening and straightening. The original downward curve did not work for me. I have pictures on my profile page.
I have basically gave up on chastity because of my varicosele. After about 3 days I start to get dull pain in my testicle, and it just gets worse. My wife doesn't want me to have PA. So I went with honor system. It is not the same, but our sex life improved when I allow my wife to control my orgasms. Sometimes I wondered about surgery, but not sure if that would really fix it all, and I would worry about getting second varicosele on the other testicle. Keep us posed.
Welcome. You don't need to give up on chastity. Cage wearing and chastity are not the same thing and it's possible to undergo chastity without a hunk of metal around your penis. Good luck.
I have it. It causes problems with smaller rings. Even the standard largest, which is 50mm, ended up being too small as I got older. It depends on the shape of the base ring but I've settled on 55mm, which leaves enough room for the tangled veins and vessels to flow. I also have larger than average testicles so the extra room doesn't affect security. It can be tricky. If I spend time out of the cage it takes a few days for things to settle in. You gotta be diligent. Good luck!
I don’t quite understand this. Do you mean a pa and a chastity tube/chastity device or some other ‘tube’? And why does a pa make it easier to wear chastity when you’ve got a varicocele?
The suggestion is to use Chastity without a base-ring, since the ring (and ring gap) is what interferes with the vericocele or other scrotum/circulatory factors. The PA is an alternative way to keep a tube on without needing anything else besides the penis tube.
Sorry, for thickos like me: how does it keep you from getting hard, what does it attach to? Diagrams? Lol
