Well as a bunch of you know I started taking herbal HRT last week Friday. Know it has been a full week there has been zero changes and zero side effects. I will continue to update this as time progresses with a weekly update. Unless something exciting happens than I will put that on here right away. Yes to answer all the questions I have talked with my Dr. she is fully aware and yes to the second question I do chat with a therapist. This is just something I want and while taking this med I am going to the gym and working on losing weight. Hope I put this in the right section

Well last night and today there is a small change. It started last night around 8pm and still continues today not a sharp pain well really not any pain just a constant small discomfort in my ball sack. Will keep you all posted

What is the name of the herbal hrt? I take Ashwaganha and Saw Palmetto. In the past I also took a prescription testosterone. The herbal ones work about 5%. Like they have a little affect, but not really a lot. The prescription stuff is like a miracle drug. But, be warned that it's really tough to figure out the right dose and you may end up taking too much. But you will like it. Makes you feel like you're 25. Semen retention also increases testosterone levels but yes, you miss out on some fun.
The problem with herbal (non-prescription) hormone therapy of any kind is that there is no oversight of their manufacture or labelling. There may or may not contain any active ingredients, but they can say anything they want about the product. I'm not saying that they don't sometimes have desired effect. Some people have gotten results from herbal products. My suggestion is Caveat Emptor. ("Let the buyer beware.")

Only change at this point that I have felt is my skin feels like it has all been moisturized. I also seem to have more energy.
Well I am a month in and yesterday I removed all the hair from my body from the neck down my skin feels so soft compared to before taking this product. My nipples are definitely getting sensitive. I feel amazing. In time I hope it starts working on my private parts.
