I hope this is permitted. 11 months ago, I had prostate surgery. I am looking at a possible follow up procedure that I think will prevent me from ever wearing a cage again. Would like to hear from any one that has or is going through this. Thank you
Is it hormone treatments? Know several older men, who take pills and a weekly infusion. They basically block testosterone so any spread tumors will shrink up. Has it metalized? Hormone treatment disarms the cancer, so you are in remission. Notable side effects of the treatment include some breast growth and shrinking of the penis. Good luck with your situation.
Thank you for your reply but no, it's not hormones. It's a outpatient surgical procedure called "Artificial urinary sphincter". basically they go in and add a new valve or sphincter to control unary functions. The valve is controlled by a small button embedded in the scrotum. Since the space between the cage and ring is so snug, I'm thinking that it will prevent me from being able to wear a cage afterwards.
Good to have you back. Without knowing too much about the specific surgery can’t a chastity belt if you want to play with chastity be an option. Since cages put pressure in a different way. Without having surgery I have issues wearing a cage so imagine post surgery would be even worse.
Honest question. If they suck out all the testosterone, do you even want or need to wear a chastity cage. Essentially isn't sucking out all your T the same as a chastity device? Without any T, are you horny? Can you get an erection? Do you even want an orgasm?
All good questions. I wear a chastity cage because I like the way it feels. I don’t get horney or anything remotely like that. My wife isn’t interested in any physical/sexual activities so in a way , this is my replacement. No, I cannot get an erection any more and the only way I can have an organism is with E-Stim.
There are glans cages available. But, you would need some type of piercing, typically either a PA or Frenum, to anchor the cage.
