Anyone know of a good metal worker?

Sadly the same person I had custom make my collars has stopped responding to me and a two week project has been going on for a month and a half with no progress to show. I was having a custom stainless steel muzzle made. I have decided to call it a lost cause which is sad to me because he did great work on the collars and had a really good start on the muzzle, but for some reason kept putting other orders in front of mine even tho I had mine in way before. Hopefully I can get my prototype I made back from him, but I don't know.

I would like to find someone that has worked with stainless steel before.
