Mixed emotions as I absolutely hate removing my cage for any reason. The only time I have unlocked in the past 4 or 5 years has been for cage changes. This is my 4th titanium BAWR cage and it’s perfect.

We decided to experiment with tether spouts about 6 months ago. Previously I had never inserted anything in my urethra and was pretty intimidated by the concept. I want a PA but wife is averse.

After determining that I can leave a spout inserted indefinitely, I commissioned BAWR to replicate my current cage with the addition of a lock ring welded to the end. This resolved the only wearability issue with the spout in that it was very painful at times because the spout was not fixed in place.

I’ve been in my new cage for a few weeks now and absolutely loving it. No doubt I will set a new record for continuous wear without removal!

My GF has been thinking about a locking tetherspout from BAWR, and like you, I have never had anything inserted except for one time at a clinic when I was a teenager, but we don't need to talk about that.

Do you have a photo of the cage when you are not wearing it, so I can ee the lock ring welded to the end of the cage?

The spout causing pinching between it and the end of the cage was one ofmy big concerns, so your solution is a great one. I was thinking of an exact fitting ring for the TS to be inserted through but I like your solution much better.

That was a clever idea having BAW do the permanent attachment work. I had the same experience with the tetherspout when I tried it; the movement caused by the fulcrum of the cage bars could make it very painful. I had the idea that permanently mounting the collar to the cage was the solution, but could figure out a good way to do it myself. Also, while I like the tetherspout, my wife/KH does not so I didn’t really pursue a solution. I like yours.

Don’t sell the PA piercing short…my wife was reluctant but after it became a source for variety & new ideas for control.

Any difficulty getting the tetherspout into the locking ring when putting it on?
Do you thread some floss through the locking ring from the outside or something similar?

Nope it was super easy to guide in to place though I’ve only done it once. It’s a perfect fit so there is no room for floss or anything similar.

pinching was certainly an issue. Using a locking ring on the inside as well really helps. I pulled on the spout firmly and pushed the ring as tight as I comfortably could before tightening the screw. It’s an additional security measure as well since I can’t access that screw while the cage is on. So even if I had access to the tool to loosen the external ring, I’m still unable to “pull out” of the cage because of the inner locking. IMG_5962.jpeg

I saw your post on reddit that the c clip is now in and it's become permanent. How is that going?

C-clip? Welded tetherspout? Titanium? Security screws? Wow now that's properly inescapable! What does your keyholder say if you have any?

She’s says she hopes I’m happy because this is what I’ve been begging for!

Can you give me more details? I'm having picturing how the inner ring works. Is it also welded to the cage? Are you unable to loosen it while locked because it is jammed into the end of your dick? Is that uncomfortable?

It’s not welded. I put it on after the base ring and before the cage. It’s rotated so that the screw is on the bottom and inaccessible once the cage is on. The combo of the spout and that lock make it impossible to “pull out” of the cage even if the spout wasn’t locked to the welded ring.

My Keyholder loves the tetherspout, Mistress loves that it's invasive and prefers it over my piercing for security. Interestingly Mistress did not allow me to use the "C" clip to permanently lock my cage.I think that permanently locked is more of a guy thing, Mistress says that She would miss Her long T & D sessions, and to be honest I think I would too.
