I just received my BB Apollo yesterday and it's my first full belt.

I've been reading about full belts for over 10 years so I know it is VERY early in the process. I know I have to be patient and let the body adapt, make adjustments to the belt, etc.

I've the worn the belt for a couple hours at work the last two days. My mind is already trying to figure what adjustments I might need to make. One thing I can see is that if you adjust one thing, say the waistband, it may affect 1 or more other things, make the adjustment process my three dimensional.

For example, my first thought is....should I focus on getting the waistband perfect before starting with the accessories?

In addition, I've heard people talk about how they bent this or that and how they did it. But I find those comments hard to picture without any diagrams or video. If there are some videos posted somewhere to show bending that would be ideal.

No videos that I found.
You are thinking through this correctly, slowly and in stages.
For me, get the belt close and sleep in it a few nights. As you roll around in your sleep, it helps to adjust and determine how snug you need.
Then with the ring. Will help keep the belt centered and help determine if it's too high or too low on your torso.

I used a heavy champagne bottle wrapped with a towel to make small adjustments to my Neosteel belt when I first got it. Bending where a sore spot would show up around my waist. Careful it doesn't take much of a adjustment to fix the problem.

Just got mine too, also my first full belt. It needs adjustment too as well, maybe we can learn from each other.
