If you are interested in a higher-security Bryce Fastener KeyRex screw and driver sized for BAWRPro cages, contact me here at @MaleChastityNow

Once there is enough interest, I can offer an upgrade to owners of those devices.

Bryce Fastener requires a business to pay for a license to do business with them. My business MaleChastityNow paid several hundred dollars for them to make the proprietary security screws for the devices I make.

As mentioned in another thread, my screws are SAE and not metric. My order minimum with Bryce is 1,500 screws. Bryce doesn't kid around with machinery setup when making a production run. They are more accustomed to dealing with big players versus small vendors like myself.

I am willing to make the investment, if there is enough interest.

Seeing as I'm leaning on getting a BA-25, I am definitely interested. I'll friend you so that I have your contact info.

I believe I may have kickstarted the Bryce BAW alternative

I believe I kickstarted it. :)
It’s a convergence of common interest.
It’s great to see many folk here.

I am interested because Bryce fasteners are simply the best on the planet: the most secure, and the most reliable. I’ve tried many.

Are you in on the basic idea to commit to being one of many asking Mark to invest in a special run of M3x0.50 socket head screws and matching keyed drivers?

I would not want to see complications obscure the basic call we are putting out.

Keyholding is a separate topic, independent from this discussion.

My keyholding wife prefers the Bryce Fastener engagement and feel. This could be a beneficial product for MCN to provide, if there’s a market for it

Contracts are best made with your keyholder, and a consensual entity. Unless Mark expressed interest in becoming a keyholding findom, I would let the idea rest.

I had a conversation with Mark in 2019-2020 on this topic before he sourced from Bryce Fastener.

Sorry my post was poorly received by Peter. I would delete if I could but that doesn't seem possible. I can see how it came off, but I wasn't intending to "take credit", what I should have said is I was emailing him about it earlier this week. That's all. I really don't care who started it, and am just interested in seeing this done. So thank you!

Sure, on the rest, point taken I guess. He didn't seem to be opposed to the idea, but rather the incremental labor/time, so I was looking into it. Should have left it at that. Sorry to derail.

To the point, yes I am interested.

Whoever moderates the forum, please delete my post on this matter so as not to derail the thread. Here I am spamming again (sorry everyone for the disruption). Thanks.

Not a problem at all! You’re good. I was teasing a little with my :) about who had the idea first. It doesn’t matter. It needs to be MCN’s idea. We are all just sharing an interest, no one owns it.

I definitely understand.

- I have been personally guilty of trying to convince MCN that “there’s a market of one person - me! - of a particular customization, and so it should be offered to everyone”

- i also have been guilty of striving for perfection instead of accepting the merely excellent, and getting nothing done.

I am genuinely happy to see enthusiasm.

It’s easier to count who’s in on this kick-starting thing without entangling topic threads.

What is the length of your BAWRpro M3 screw thread?

- I see short top-down screws to fasten the cage. What’s the length of yours?
I am guessing that they have a 4-5 mm thread with a 2mm tall cap.

- I see longer side screws to fasten PA piercing hooks and padlocks.
I have two screws that are 10-11mm long.

I have no clue I just got longer ones than I needed and just cut them to length I need but if I had to guess 8 or 10 mm long for the main cage to base ring and 4mm for the pa to cage.

How will this work? Is this for a key/bit driver and some quantity of screws per person ?

I don't have my BA-25 yet. Are they all standard or each one might be a bit different?

Here is mine, which actually has 2 screws to pinch the glans ring.View attachment 74754

Nice photos. My cap height was exactly 2 mm on both. It’s interesting to see variation.

My cap width was just over 5 mm, it looked like it might have been turned down from 5.5 mm.
The cap head is not perfectly round, so I kept getting different measurements with my calipers.

One screw had its triple-snake-eye holes made slightly off-center.

The Bryce KeyRex screws are have very tight tolerances, and are extremely well made.

M3x0.50 thread is the most important.
The length info is also important.

Longer screw threads can be cut down to size. Wider heads can be made smaller.

It is helpful to provide the info on the range of lengths that @MaleChastityNow asked for, to inform the potential order.

The Contender uses a different thread (8-32 coarse) with a short thread length and a button head to fasten the cage-basering connection.

He uses a longer thread length socket-head for the PA fastener on the GA2 and optional on the Contender. That screw head is nestled within a counterbored rod, and is extremely secure! The socket head width is reduced to fit within the PA mount “cup” when fastened through into the round “nut” on the other side of the PA pin. It simply doesn’t loosen, and I wore it for five months 100% last year.

But both screws have the same thread, and both work with the custom keyed driver bit sold exclusively to his business.

This would be a different keyed-driver for the different thread screw, to answer another question above. But otherwise like the MCN lock system here.

Looking at the above, I think screws in these lengths are what may be needed, but would like to ask for confirmation...Do these look about right?

I would like to email Bryce only once about lengths when I inquire about m3x.050 threaded security screws.

6mm
8mm
10mm

Oh, and one final thing. I need to check the width of the screw head on my current screws, to ensure they can be made to the 5mm screw head width needed to countersink into the sunken socket on the PA setup.
