For those of us who do not shave to the bare skin, putting together the piece of the CB-6K can be painful as a hair or two always gets caught between pieces.
After I put the main piece around my bits, I now slip a credit card between the ring and my skin. This acts as a shield keeping all the hair away. One the main ring is together, remove the card and proced as normal (which for me means pinching myself at least once while putting the tube on, but I digress).
