CB6000 technical difficulties

Hi all. I've just been lurking about lately because a problem has developed with our CB6000. Well there are a couple of problems but the latest one makes wearing the device impossible.
Somehow a hairline split has developed where the 2 pieces of the tube are sealed together. When i try and get an erection the split opens just enough to pinch the skin on the underside of my cock. Now that is pain that goes waaaaaaaaaaaaay beyond my limits. :squigglemouth:

Anyways i've contacted the retailer i purchased from to see if they can help out in any way. Somehow i doubt it.

Depends on where you bought it. I bought mine from the manufacturer (AL Enterprises) at cb-2000.com. Mine split and they sent an replacement immediately. Mine was one of the originals and the manufacturer said they had some problems with that one splitting so they had developed a new weld for the newer ones.

If you have problems with the retailer, try contacting the manufacturer - they are always helpful
 
Wow, glad you posted this thread. I am having the same problem with my submissives "CB6000" as well! It has split several times at the center seam of the cage. I have had to glue it on several occassions now, and will be sending it back to where it as purchased for a replacement. What gives with the design on this :ooh:one???​
 
I've got the same issue-I couldn't work out what the pain was and then it dawned on me. :cry:

I've emailed the store I got it from explaining the situation and seeing as I've had it for less than a month there shouldn't be any issues.

I'll update this thread as soon as I hear back from them.
 
My CB-3000 split once

I glued it back together with superglue and it has been fine since then.
It is standard acrylic so superglue works well.

If it splits, break it in two and re-glue with supergllue... easy.
 
Hi, that is very interesting, because I shall soon buy a CB6000.
I am wondering if any of you guys have had trouble with a CB3000.
 
The cb6000 has the split on the top and bottom, where the cb3000 split is on the sides. I don't know why they changed it and although I have heard about cb3000's splitting, the early cb6000's seemed to have particular problems.

The newer ones are supposed to be a better weld and less prone to splitting.

I wouldn't say they are any more secure than the cb3000. I currently wear the cb3000 with the KSD-G2. Soon the KSD-G3 will be available for the cb6000 and I will revert back at that point. The CBxxxx range for me just isn't secure without the KSD but the cb6000 is more comfortable so I look forward to the KSD-G3
 
I now know how that feels. My CB6K splitted during night/morning. Pretty much sameway like yours, got some pinching and minor marks. What pisses me off, is that the thing broke after 40h of usage. I've used it with care and it surely should hold the morning erection. I'm not that woody anyway!

Well, I've contacted the seller and now waiting response. Let's see how this goes.
 
i've been locked in the cb-6000 off and on and have yet to have this problem. Though my cb-2000 broke on me, that is why we upgraded. i'm hoping this won't happen with the cb-6000. i just haven't been locked in a while.

Sorry-I've just realised that I didn't update the thread, oops.

Anyway, I had an immediate reply saying that if I returned the cage only portion of the CB6K, that they would send an immediate replacement (which they did! :anim_19: )

Can't knock good service!

Back locked up now and still mclovin' it!
 
CB6000 Where do I find parts?

I have a rellatively new 6000 and like some of the posts, the tube split at the bottom happened to me one time and I too got the skin caught in it. Boy did that sure smart. I did reglue it and it seems to have held ok. The latest problem is that one of the guideposts has snapped off at the bridge and I don't know how to get a new bridge with 2 posts or how to get replacement posts. Also, are there any accessories like the others that keeps you from backing out. I do enjoy my device and miss being able to wear the CB. This is my first experience wearing a chastity device and I have to say it's like being naked without it on too. Can anyone help? I tried to find a contact on cb2000.com but couldn't find any link to click on to contact the manufacturer. Wish I could afford to try the other devices like the 2000 and 3000. I also have to add that getting my 5-6 incher in it sure is hard and I find it hard to keep things clean without taking it off everyday to wash. Any suggestions would be nice as well.

Thats the great thing about the genuine cb6000 if they do break the manufacturer have a great guarantee for the cb 6000 so at least you get a new one.

Mistress watchful i thought throwing one down the stares would hold up but obviously not - i hope you punished your sub for breaking it lol
 
Does anyone have this problem? Sometimes one of my balls will slip past the ring and inside of me. i've been able to pop it back fortunately. i tried the obvious, switching to a smaller ring, but my scrotum turned purple so i switched back.

this morning after my enema both of my balls had slipped. i was in a panic lest it fall off so once again i was able to pop them back...phew!! Mistress would have punished me if i somehow got free and i know i would have been severely tempted.

It sounds like you need to use a smaller spacer. The ring size is a little less important than using the right spacer. Generally, the smaller the ring, the larger the spacer and vice-versa. For example, I tend to use the #2 ring (2nd largest) and smallest spacer.

You're looking to close the gap between the ring and the tube enough so that your balls can't slip through it, but not so tight that you cause circulation problems.
 
I had the same problem as the poster with my CB-6000, after less than 1 week of wear. The pinching was quite painful.

Anyways, I bought it from the manufacturer, so they are sending me a new cage. Since I live outside the US, they aren't making me send back the broken cage, so I'll try and fix it with some Weld-On #4.
