I did some strict lock-ups over the past years. Multiple 2-months periods with zero unlocking. It’s something we both love to do. However, this time I am doing Muay Thai trainings twice a week combined with gym workouts (and massage sessions focusing on problems including the groin area).

While I did lots of caged massages, for this specific treatments we both agreed it’s better to take it off. For Muay Thai it’s me who thinks it’s better to train without. For gym work, I can train with it but also know I am limited in certain excersizes like deadlifts.

It left me wondering if it’s really fun to do a strict chastity period while having to take it off almost daily. Also not sure if it make sense to sleep with it this time.

Anyone with similar situations and how did you handle it? Did the active lifestyle get in the way?

There's a couple of yoga poses that are made more difficult/uncomfortable because of the cage but it's mostly just an inconvenience. I don't remove it for activities.

As far as your method being fun, that's entirely up to you to decide.

I wear an elastic chastity strap to keep my cage in place when I do physical activities... I haven't tried running with it yet (didn't need to), but for power-walking, lifting, bending/stretching and other types of mobilization, it works great without any problems, so I don't need to take the cage off unless I'm doing my weekly cock cleaning. That's the only exception.

We have agreed that when I go on long, 30 plus mile bicycle rides alone, I am uncaged, for safety. Have had the unfortunate experience of ending a ride or two in an emergency room

Both times were traumatic, one was a brain bleed other a broken neck. Seriously lucky to be alive. Living every day to the fullest. So grateful for my KH, trying everyday to put a smile on her cute face, every way possible!

when im doing a long lockup I think it would break the immersion for me to take it off a couple of times a week
Same. It takes me a day or two to settle back in after even a day break. It's easier for me just to keep it on. Luckily I have no issues with work or being active while caged.

Better be careful admitting that, the that's not real chasity crowd might here lol.

I am unlocked 3 times a week for a men's group workout that I do. I have worn it a couple of times but it made noise when I did burgers.
I think it makes you more disciplined to put it back on each time. If you walked off you wouldn't put it back on. It also allows me to fully shave the area twice a week.
I will also take it off for long rides.

It's an exercise where you drop down and extend your legs out and do a push up and then jump back up. It is uncomfortable to do while wearing a cage. My post above shows it as burgers which makes even less sense.
The point is my wife let's me out of the cage to workout 3 days a week and for long bike rides. Sorry for the confusion.
