I have my orion with solid ring and there is no problem at all.
The gap between the front and shaft part seems to be too big and lot of foreskin comes out and rubs against whatever I wear. I have also made to cage too small on all parts. Can't wear it for too long as I'm always too exited and it rather cause irritation I've ordered second orion with slightly larger ring and bigger circumference as it was way too tight. I have also changed the front part to be solid with overlapping the shaft part, so there is no gap whatsoever. It should come in the next couple weeks. I have also requested to make all parts interchangeable so I can go down the size when needed. Hope this helps.

Before I was in HT v2 and it was super comfortable but allowed for some growth and wasn't super secure. The base ring was good 45mm but orion was too tight in 45mm, also due to the second lock on orion for PA the balls press against the cage making it more tight. I would suggest make your size the average rather than the smallest when you measure for your custom device.

I'm sorry but that is just silly. There are any number of perfectly valid reasons a device might be need to be removed and having to destroy an expensive device seems an odd thing to do for the sake of some notion of "permanency". Unfortunately these locks only come in brass and brass isn't that corrosion resistant, especially to something like urine. Regular use of a light machine oil is probably your best.

WD-40 is a lousy lubricant and generally poor at breaking free frozen parts. Try PB Blaster next time.

PB Blaster is definitely superior to WD 40 as a penetrant/lubricant. Everyone should have a can around the house.

I was generally able to get them to respond within a few hours to a day or so at most (based on business hours). Sometimes though it did take an extra follow up or two.

Hi everyone,
I am posting a couple pictures of my custom Orion.
It is probably one of the best fitts ever had on me and that says a lot because it is also the shortest and tightest device ever. There is absolutely no room for growth inside the tube, I am always pressed against the wall. There is no filgree - all solid. The gap between the cap and tube minimal and usually nothing pokes out. the first shot I am fully expanded.
it has been on 3 weeks without removal, I use an ink cartridge cleaning swab that has a tiny spongy thing at the end with liquid soap. It does leak urine from the PA that can get a slight smell, must use TP to dab dry. Nice device and super light weight so it never comes off even during extreme workout.

I am looking to buy one also, are you uncut or cut ?

I am uncut. I found that it is far less troubles to keep the skin back to prevent edema.

oh, interesting ! So you keep your foreskin trapped inside the cage ?

Have you ever tried other cage ? If yes, did you have edema ?

I have my orion with the foreskin pin. The foreskin can not really go around it and it is sort of half way in only.
This is causing me edema. Also the ring was quiet tight and caused discomfort.

With second Orion i have chosen large ring and a normal pa pin.
Much better with edema but it still happens around glans where the foreskin builds up.

There must be some solution to it.

Good thing though I can exchange the parts between the two orions and got perfect match.
Although not currently playing, I am waiting to try.

Looks awesome! Based on this picture, our anatomies are similar and I'd like to order an orion also.

Could you please post (or PM me) the measurements you used for this device? In particular I'm not sure how the gap size. Would you change any of the measurements based on wearing experience?
