It's not hard to pull out, but it is harder. It's a loose grip. Works best on cocks with a ridge between the shaft and glans. Again, the outside of the ring should be just a bit larger circumference than the inside of the cage. The inside of the ring should be sized to fit between the glans and shaft without cutting off circulation.
You ideally put it on by putting the ring on, putting a stocking over it, then pulling everything into the cage by the stocking. When sized correctly, it should be wearable, but makes keeps the head at the end of the tube.

Agreed. I got mine in March, after wanting one for years, and I am now kicking myself for waiting all that time. Mistress likes it too, even though she didn't think she would. Momentary pain for a lot of fun.

Well, try moving on to a full belt, like Neosteel, Mysteel, Goethals/Carrara and others. If properly measured then there's no pullout possible. Costly solution though.

I have a custom Badassworkroom titanium cage, that fits perfectly and I'm unable to slip out the top.
The most important part of chastity isn’t your cage, it’s your mind. The cage isn’t there to make access to your cock impossible. It’s a reminder of who that cock actually belongs to.
That’s as much opinion as it is fact. While I agree that “impossible” is virtually impossible, it is possible to make escape extremely difficult and impractical. I wear a Jail Bird and it is a wonderful cage (you can see the pictures on my profile). It looks good and it feels good. But it is very easy to pull out of if you really want to. I’ve never tried pulling all the way out. It’s funny, but I don’t to set the precedent in my mind that it is possible. So I don’t try. I leave it where it is supposed to be.

It is possible to pull out of a Jail Bird (and any other cage). My JailBird fits well enough that pulling out hurts, once it's out, there's more pulling so not much fun getting hard. But certainly possible to have an orgasm if I wanted to.
