How do i fix that i can pull out my dick out of the chastity?

As much as I am excited by the security that a piercing provides, I am extremely skittish about actually having it done, for more than one reason. That said, a dominant as gorgeous as the one in this video could probably persuade me to do it.
Rubbish, my tether is been in for over 6 months, the retainer is only as deep as a PA, its made of titanium, no need to clean or remove ever.
Many here would disagree, tetherspout is just as secure as a PA and has a LOT of advantages. Mainly no hole in dick, and you can pee standing up.

Use a long piece of flat curb chain and padlock to keep the chastity device pressed tightly against your body. See my profile for example
It’s a real problem. A problem that I also have. Me and the Miss talked about it and decided it was best for me to get pierced. We decided on an apadravya piercing which I had done about 10 days ago. Hurt and bled the first 24 hours but the healing process is going well. Very intense sensation getting it done. What sucks is I will be out of chastity for a minimum 16 weeks for healing. I’m currently having a new cage custom made for the piercing. The cage will still have the traditional base ring because she likes the balls trapped. It will be a metal cage. 3 piece… base ring, spacer that has the apadravya pin built on it and the cage tube. The design will allow easy cleaning for extended lock up. It is tough being out because I’ve become quite accustomed to being caged.
I have a similar issue so I've just been pierced but not a pa (I'm not circumcised so had reservations)

I’ve found a simple trick that’s worked really well for me. I used my wife’s glue gun and put a need of glue around the inside of the cage. Then wear a silicone glands ring when I put on the cage. I haven’t been able to pull out at all. In fact, even once unlocked the tube won’t come off without “peeling” myself out and rocking the cage back and forth. It also seems that the glue gun glue is kind of sticky on my skin and really holds. I am not saying it’s inescapable, but feels impractical to me. Good enough for me to believe that I can’t get out. See attached image of two that work for me.

If you are willing to try a a different cage, there are a few, like the htv5 I bought that have a tongue on the cage that extends in back of the ring. This makes it much harder to pull far enough back to gain freedom. Pull this up online and take a look tobsee what I mean.

But the thing is this.
Secure or not. I wouldn't try to escape out of respect for C. My wife and keyholder. It's a matter of respect to start with. But mainly it's about the fact that she is doing this for me, trusting me to be good, behave, not even think about it even.
The disappointment it would cause would be too much to bare.
It's right that you want to come out. It's good that your desperate enough to want to escape. That is the whole point. That is how it works.
Suffer it and enjoy the fact that you are suffering for a reason. It's what you really want at the end of the day.
Dont go disappointing your KH or yourself.

Please do not start this discussion again, there are plenty of threads about this. The OP asked how to prevent pull out, lets just try to answer that.
It almost looks like you have made a headlock (like on the cherrykeepers) feature for your cage. Do you have the glue just at the base or more towards where the head is?
Yes. Exactly. I used to have a cherry keeper with a head lock and that worked really well for me. If you look at the picture I uploaded I’ve done it both ways. The metal cage I put the glue on the bottom, but the ht5 under the head. Adding the glands ring was huge at preventing any movement out.
My question is if you put the ring on and then work yourself into the cage, couldn’t you do the same to pull out?
Yes the ring goes on before working myself in. If you have the right size ring it will kind of bind between your shaft and the cage. Pulling straight back hasn’t worked for me. I can imagine pushing something in the hole from the top and pulling at the same time might work. I haven’t tried super hard as it’s not my goal to pull out. I was surprised though after unlocking how well it still stayed in place. That even without the base ring it took some work to get out. I have noticed that if I get no attempted erection during the day it’s easier to get out at the end. If at any point during the day I swelled up inside the cage. It was a lot harder to get myself out at the end of the day.

A urethral tube that goes an inch further back the base ring did it for me.
It's also clean and I can pee standing up easily. It's been in nearly two years now. C likes that she can poke her slim fingers through the bar and feel the inner steel, like I'm locked inside and out.
It's fixed permanently with a marine grade locknut.

Not painful at all. just a short sting when being pierced. If you follow your piercer's advice and let it heal well stretching it will not hurt either.
Talk to your wife and be guided by her.
