I've been caged for about a year only taking off daily for cleaning. I've definitely noticed less often blood flow and a certain amount of shrinkage, but not much. I guess it's hard to say because I am a grower.

I see others who have full-blown clitties after a long time. Do I need to size down?
 
Chastity does not, in any way, lead to shrinkage, certainly not on a permanent basis. It'll be smaller from lack of use for a few hours after you remove a cage that's been in place for awhile, yes. But once it gets the blood flow back in and is used to becoming erect again, it'll go right back to the size it was before you started.

Age, some meds and medical conditions, and weight gain will make your cock smaller, but chastity, in and of itself will not.

I was caged for a full year - no taking off for cleaning or any other reason. I saw no difference in size or erection strength after it was taken off.
 
I've been locked full time for 3 years now.
Did I shrink?
I quit getting full blown erection attempts. that's for sure.
I have also gone down 3 ring sizes so I can say that that part of my anatomy is more "nipped in" or molded to the ring than it was before.
Maybe youre meaning lengthwise?

I have been locked for 12 years and my penis shrunk in two years to the point where it wa not even noticeable. I had to order one of those chastity cages that is nothing more than a disk to keep my penis inside my body. Every one of my 12 cages was too big for my one inch penis. Sounds like age and a medical condition rather than chastity.
